They did acceptable work however STILL have not provided an invoice for their services DESPITE requesting it twice. They billed us and were paid. Why won’t they provide an invoice to us? We need the invoice. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment, given a 3-5pm arrival. Got called at 3pm that they cant make it and I would have to pay overtime prices for a saturday installation. Owner denied any flexibility for regular pricing Saturday instead told i had to book Monday. Will not give them my business due to not even trying to help make the situation better. EDIT: Asked for a call back from the owner but never recieved one. Called in and found out he has refused to service me indefinitely. Not very professional at all. If the owner is too busy to speak with customers there needs to be some management.

I had a plumbing issue on a Tuesday, and my maintenance team from my leasing agent decided that it wasn’t urgent enough, so I called JM plumbing and between the call, looking at the issue and fixing it took less then 18 hours. It was great service and I’m glad that they were nearby to help on such short notice!

First time had no problem. Follow up to correct problem found and was told that the pipe would be replaced, which was expensive, asked why not do it a cheaper way and was told he wanted to do the job right. When they came out to do the job they did it the cheap way and instead of replacing the pipe as quoted they put a coupling over the pipe instead. Once it was pointed out that what they said they were going to do and what was done was different and asked for a refund of some of the money since pipe line wasn't replaced they refused. So make sure you get any and all quotes in writing because we paid for a pipeline to be replaced and got a bandaid put in its place. The company refused to admit the switch or make adjustments to bill.

Had a major plumbing emergency when a foundation company drilled a hole into water line in foundation. My normal plumber could not work me in. No water in house if not fixed that day. They were there within 2 hours and fixed leak, which was not an easy task. Very polite and hard working as well as reasonably priced. Will definitely use JM Plumbing from now on.

Sitting here as a resident at an apartment complex that has 3 buildings down with no hot water. It’s been 7 days since the repair started. Technician came out and ordered the wrong part. You’ve got basically 300 people relying on a competent technician with knowledge, skills, and experience and they don’t know what they’re doing.

Plumbers were polite and efficient, did a great job. I wasn’t quoted a price so when I got the bill, I was not expecting the amount. I spoke to Tammy who was very nice and professional and she gave me a discount since she forgot to quote me. I was happy and moms happy! Thanks Tammy for your professionalism it’s hard to come. JM is a great company 👍

I called JM Plumbing to have them replace a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). The front desk lady, Tammy, is very professional, courteous, and helpful. She was able to get somebody out the very next day. And from what I understand, the owner was available to satisfy my concerns. I am very pleased with the water pressure, and they left no mess. They even checked out a running toilet, unrelated to the original work, and fixed the Flow Master free of charge! Keep up the great work.

I contacted about 12 plumbers between Saturday and today to fix a break in the main line in my yard. The moment I got on the phone with Tammy, I knew it was going to be a good experience. She was the most pleasant person I talked to out of everyone I called, and she seemed very understanding of my issue. Honest and fairly priced. They did a great job fixing the problem area, and it really didn’t take them long at all. Would use again without hesitation.

We just recently moved in and needed our dryer installed (it was converted to natural gas, but we needed it switched over to propane and had the conversion kit in hand) and had been getting all sorts of quotes from $300-$400 for the job with 1-2 weeks waiting time. JM Plumbing came over yesterday to look everything over, gave us a quote for under $200 and then came back this morning for the install. Julio and one of his associates knocked it out in less than 2 hours and we now have a working dryer! Moving sucks sometimes when you're trying to get everything sorted out and taken care of, but these guys will go the extra mile to make sure everything works out in a timely and affordable manner. Tami called us each time before the technicians came out and made sure we knew what and when was going on at all times, excellent customer service! Definitely recommend to family, friends, and strangers alike!
