JM Plumbing is fantastic. Called Monday to set up appointment, Tammy called me back that afternoon and set the appointment up for 9:00 Tuesday morning. Tammy called that morning to let me know that the plumbers were on their way.
The plumber was polite and had my problem solved in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend JM Plumbing to anyone, and Tammy called after the job was complete to check and make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would say they are punctual, professional, and concerned about the satisfaction of the customer.

I usually don’t leave poor reviews for companies I use, or try to use, because I know how impactful they can be. However, hopefully JM plumbing can use this as a learning experience.

I needed a gas line run added for my portable generator to power my home in the event of a power outage. The initial call went well. They sent out what I assume is their lead plumber and he took a look at what I had, scoffed at its simplicity, and said give us a call when you have a better idea of when you want it installed and we can come out that day. Sweet! I told them I hadn’t ordered the generator yet and was just shopping around and I wanted to have the generator already there in order to test.

Here is where the annoying parts started. I give JM Plumbing a call to finally schedule the work to be done. They schedule me for next Tuesday morning. Great. I have the generator on hand, ready to go. Tuesday morning comes and goes. It’s now 2:30 in the afternoon. No communication. Frustratingly I call and ask for the situation. It goes to voicemail. I call again. It goes to voicemail. I finally get a call back an hour later, “Oh yeah the plumber is at another job. He probably won’t be able to make it today. Will probably have to come tomorrow”.

I agree to the following morning with the caveat that the work must be completed before 9:00-9:15 as I have a prior obligation I cannot miss. “No problem. He (plumber) usually gets in around 8, we are in the same town as you so he should be over at 8:30 at the latest”.

Same deal. 8 AM comes and goes. 8:30, 9, 9:30. Absolutely zero word from JM. Very annoyed at this point, I call JM. Goes to voicemail, of course. I leave a voicemail telling them that if they can’t bother coming out that afternoon to do the work, don’t bother and I will hire someone who will.

I never received anymore correspondence from them and ended up hiring another company who came out, gave a quote, and did the work all in one day.

JM Plumbing, areas you can improve on include: 1. Communication. 2. Accountability 3. Customer service.

If you say you’re going to be somewhere, and you can’t maintain that promise, communicate as such. And at least apologize for wasting someone’s time. I lugged my 300 lb generator out of my garage to the side of my house twice anticipating your arrival.

Whoever you have answering the phones and doing the scheduling/dispatching needs more training or more colleagues. They seemed uncaring at worst or overwhelmed at best. I was not impressed. I will not be recommending JM Plumbing to others.

We had a plumbing disaster over Memorial Day weekend. Thank goodness they had an emergency phone number on their website. We called Tami and she had someone at our house within an hour. Needless to say not only was it a weekend but it was a 3 day weekend so the responsiveness was incredible. JM Plumbing found the blockage in our sewer line and cleared it within an hour. The pricing was unmatched and the quality is great! I highly recommend JM Plumbing to anyone looking for knowledgable and professional service!

Over the last 3 or 4 years I have reached out to JM Plumbing about 4 times both for my business and my personal home. I have never NOT ONCE gotten them out to do a job. They mostly don't respond or answer but even when they do they don't actually ever show up when they say they will. If you value your time do yourself a favor and don't call JM Plumbing because they certainly don't value anything.

Quick response, clear diagnosis, answered my dumb questions with aplomb, quick replacement, and new unit is strong and quiet.

Owner came out and told me straight up after checking our outside unit that we didn't need anything, he said the noise was normal for a Goodman AC unit. We had a home warranty so he could have easily suggested something that it didn't need. If you are looking for an honest hard working Veteran to work on your unit, this is the guy! 100%!

I would highly recommend Trevor and his company for all your AC needs. He was so patient and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. It’s refreshing to get someone who isn’t trying to just sell you something that’s not needed. I fell much better about my unit since he did a thorough check on it.

This company did a wonderful job for us. I called Trevor after I had a national service company check our system. (It was bad news) He sent a technician the next day to check it again. Sure enough, we were unlucky and really had a worn-out compressor. The difference was that Country Thyme charged us half what the other guys did for that visit PLUS they gave us a replacement cost well over $1000 less. I'm not kidding. The technician did a great job installing the new condenser. They were quick and courteous and beat the tar out of the other guy's price. I already told all my family and friends, but I wanted to write an online review, too.

In Texas, you can’t have AC. We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling correctly and all it took was 1 call to Trevor & he was out that same day. Has us fixed and running and cool again. Definitely recommend using his services. Super Professional & nice too.

Had serveral other ac companys that missed diagnosed my account and I think country Thyme AC is on the right path

Trevor was extremely helpful during our home buying process. We made it through our inspection (on the last day of the option period) and our inspector recommended we have someone come out and take a look at the AC. We were pretty frantic as we knew the chances of having someone be able to come out in that short period of time would be next to impossible. I immediately messaged Trevor that afternoon and he made the time to stop by the property on his way home from another job on a Friday evening. Thanks to Trevor's quick response time, we were able to get our repair request made to the owners in time and save ourselves some money as well! Thanks again, Trevor. You have two life-long customers here for sure :)

Great company! Anthony was quick to fix my unit! When my AC first went out he came out right away (11pm!) to check why it wasn’t working and tried to get it running immediately! Unfortunately the unit was at the end of its life! But Anthony was able to get me a great price ($1000 less than other quotes and a better unit) and quickly replaced the unit! I appreciate the flexibility, ability to work quickly, cost efficiently, and professionalism in changing out the unit in the summer heat! Thanks for all you did, and for not charging ridiculous rates just because it Was summer and my AC was done for!

If anyone needs AC repairs you should call Trevor at Country Thyme AC. He did a great job explaining to us what was wrong and took the time to answer all our questions. We needed a quick response on what was wrong and didn't file through our Home Warranty but later found out we could make a claim if the technician who came out would call in and give them the information on what was wrong and Trevor was glad to make that call for us. Great Service!

Firstly, I do not normally write reviews at all. I was scheduled for service on a Friday and on a Tuesday I believe Trevor called and said they were available to come out then if that was okay, which it was. He kept in touch the entire time letting me know he was close. He checked the AC unit outside and said that it was perfect and then came inside so that we could let him feel what we were talking about. He inspected the duct work and everything was in order. He offered some recommendations on how to get some better airflow to the back end of the house which did help. Gave us some other pointers as well and some info we did not know about. The whole time he was very professional and helpful even said that if it was still having issues to let him know and he would be back out to see what else that he might be able to do. I would highly recommend Country Thyme AC & Heating and Trevor for that matter. Great company and very professional.

I absolutely recommend this company. Trevor and his crew were punctual, clean, and polite. They helped me navigate my furnace replacement and literally saved me thousands of dollars. I work in the construction field and rarely meet people who’s work is both high quality and a good value. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Trevor was at my house within two hours of my initial call. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and exactly what was wrong with my unit. Thankfully, he was able to repair it fairly quickly and charged an extremely fair price. I will definitely use him in the future!

Had heard great things about this company from other Manor residents. Had a sick a/c unit on a very hot day. After calling them, they arrived rather fast. Took care of a problem they weren't obligated, as well as all my a/c needs. Inspected and tested every part of my a/c and heating unit. As my unit is an older one, they didn't try to force any extra services or sales on me. But pointed out things to look out for, should it not be running at peak efficiency. I know other companies that would've charged me a lot more for half of the time and service that I received from these guys. They're professional, they know their stuff, and know how to take good care of their customers. If you want your a/c unit repaired, get great customer service and feel you've been take care of very well, and the price you paid for their services seemed more than fair...this is the company to call first every time. I'll use them again when need be and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know that needs these services. They're the best! Period!
