Trevor was professional, efficient, personable and awesome. He came out to service our AC units to make sure they were working optimally and set-up correctly. He made the necessary adjustments and our units are working great. Highly recommend Trevor and Country Thyme AC & Heat.

My initial request to repair some duct work was met with excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I was referred from our neighborhood community, spoke with Anthony, and was put in touch with Mike. From beginning to end Mike [owned] this service order. An initial site survey was conducted, that led to discovery of other issues, and agreeing to a game plan Mike took care of all the deliverables and necessaries. I was shown his findings, educated on a few things, and after job complete was provided a de-brief with recommendations. I'm very pleased with this experience and believe the price was fair and acceptable - highly recommended!

Trevor is awesome!!! He quickly got our A/C up and running at an unbeatable price! He was very knowledgeable and great about explaining things to me. He was courteous and good about doing what he said he was going to do. He communicated with me to let me know when he would be coming back with our A/C part. He’s personable, respectful, and just an all around good guy. We will definitely be using his services again and recommending him to all our friends for any A/C service needs. We feel blessed that he is offering A/C repair in our area.

Trevor absolutely saved the day! It was 40° outside and we wanted to turn on the heat. Our Nest thermostat started giving us an error message and the vents were blowing cold air. After calling about 10 other HVAC places that all gave me the run around in some way, I called Country Thyme and am so thankful I did. Anthony, who answered my initial call, was so polite and was the nicest and most coherent person I talked to all day. He got me scheduled, and Trevor showed up quickly on the same day and diagnosed the issue and replaced what needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond and got our system back up and running in no time at all!
The prices are so reasonable and fair for the quality of work he does. I'm relieved that we now have a reliable company we can call with any heating/AC issues we have in the future. I 100% recommend Trevor and his company to anyone who is looking for someone honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough great things about Trevor and Country Thyme!

Trevor happens to live closeby, and was at our home within an hour on a Sunday evening! He fixed the problem, at a very reasonable rate, and even offered some helpful advice to my husband. I highly recommend Country Thyme! We had an incredible experience and will always call Trevor with any future AC & Heating needs!

Anthony came on the same day I called. He had to crawl through 15+ meters of roof rafters and insulation, through such a narrow and difficult space to reach the inside unit, which he did with no complaints and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank you Anthony.
