Country Thyme AC is a true life saver. Not only did they get me a better deal on the repairs I needed, they also were prompt and quick on the job. Anthony was very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about my system. He was also super communicative while we waited for the part I needed to be shipped from the manufacturer, keeping me updated every step of the way. Now my house is cooling down just in time for summer. I'll be trusting Country Thyme with all of my AC needs going forward.

The whole team were great to work with - from getting quotes to the full system replacement & install. The process was fast and easy. All the guys that come to the house were professional and polite. They arrived early and when done made sure to clean up to where you wouldn’t know a crew had been working. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good locally owned HVAC company.

My AC stopped cooling so I got recommendations from someone on Next Door and boy I am glad I did. Anthony made the appt for me for the next morning and he had the unit up and working by absolutely knowing what was wrong. He had the parts on his truck, replaced them on my AC unit and had my house cooling in no time at all. I watched as he made the diagnosis and it was so interesting seeing the inside of the unit and he explained things as he checked them. I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and feel so blessed to have found Country Thyme as I felt they are an honest, reputable and knowledgeable company that I can put my trust in! Definitely recommend!! l

Since 2012 I have been using Country Thyme AC with several houses. This summer I needed multiple repairs on my 17 year old R22 AC system and it was struggling all summer and going down every few months. I was hoping to get one more summer out of it, but alas the compressor went out this past Monday. Old R22 systems are getting very expensive to keep going.

I can't say enough good things about Country Thyme AC! They have always been honest and up front and when the time came to replace my entire system (outside unit, furnace, air handler, etc) I asked around for advice and everyone said to call Country Thyme. Mike came out hours after my system went down and was able to put together a very fair estimate. Less than 48 hours later they were here installing the new system and it was blowing snowballs by lunch!

They took very good care during the install making sure not to damage the lawn and they worked like a well oiled machine. You can tell by the work that they know what they are doing.

Bottom line...if you want honest service, fair prices, quality work and parts (and a long warranty) THESE are the only people you need to call. They are right here in Manor and are Veteran owned.

Anthony and his co-worker arrived on time. They did a very good check of one system of 5 units, figured out the issue with another system and fixed it. And the charges were really reasonable. Great professionals with customer friendly attitude.

Great job installing our two systems. They did an excellent follow-up check the following week, too. We've been Country Thyme customers for about 5 years now. After wrestling with lots of other A/C and general service outfits, I feel lucky to have found an HVAC service company that consistently delivers!

I was looking for something seasonal and Manor Home Depot was the only store that had a large quantity. The store is well laid out and the staff friendly and happy.

Had a great experience with Kelly and Son's services. Great job at a great price. I would recommend this company for home and commercial services.

Not a liceneced or insured company. They cannot pull permits or register for warranties. If your home owners insurance finds you've used an unlicensed individual they most certainly will cancel your policy.

Unlicensed and not insured. Stay away.
