We had a great experience with Bill, our HVAC specialist. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided helpful advice without any hesitation. We really appreciated his input and support and fell much better about our Trane system getting us through the winter and spring seasons.

Just wanted to say that we had Bill Lawson come service our Trane HVAC and we were very pleased. He truly knows what he is doing. He found the issue we were complaining to the builder about in just a few minutes. He then went about and beyond to make sure the settings and calibration of the entire unit was where it needed to be.

Highly recommend this company for any heat and air needs! Juan was very professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but this company truly delivers. I’ll definitely be using them again and referring friends and family.

The recent storm knocked out the heat in my new home! Called up performance heat and they were quick to come out and take a look! MacGyver was excellent, got right to it and checked everything! Left no stone unturned and resolved my issue and now I have heat again!

We actually contacted Drew Roden to check our A/C as it was pretty much on its last leg. Drew knew we had worked with a home warranty company and even worked patiently with us to see if they could provide a solution. After the other company couldn't perform as promised, we called Drew he covered our options and even got us great financing on a totally new HVAC system and installed it completely 2 days later! So we'd recommend him & his crew of Jorge, Victor & Pancho to anybody looking for great service, Sales and professional services from start to finish. Yes I've referred them to my friends as well.

Jeff did an excellent job servicing my AC units. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and made sure everything was handled properly. Had service done on a rental property. Live out of state and always worry about service. Tristan went out to unit, stayed in contact and explained all issues thoroughly. Thanks to Drew Roden and an amazing crew (Jorge, Victor, & 4 others) from Performance Heating and Air for installing a new HVAC system at our home. Drew was professional and friendly. Our AC decided to dramatically quit on one of those Texas days where the air feels like hot soup and stepping outside is basically a life choice. Naturally, panic set in. But Performance Heat and Air showed up like HVAC superheroes.

From the moment our tech arrived, Tristan was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. No confusing tech jargon, no trying to sell me things I don’t need—just honest, knowledgeable service. Within no time, they had everything diagnosed and fixed.

What I appreciated most (besides getting my cold air back) was how respectful and straightforward Tristan was. He explained the issue, handled it quickly, and didn’t make me feel like I needed an engineering degree to understand my own AC unit.

Now my house is cool again, my family is happy, and my electric fan can finally retire from its brief but exhausting second career.

We had our complete system replaced by Performance Heat and Air, including all of the ductwork. Our old system was 26 years old and rather than wait for when it quit we decided to go ahead and get it done. We’ve been using these guys for system maintenance for a couple of years so naturally we had them give us a bid along with Baker Brothers. While BB was very professional and kind the pricing was not in the same ballpark.

From the start Drew Roden (our usual service tech) was, as always, great to work with. Drew laid out several options and gave us upfront straight forward prices. Once we selected the system Drew was able to schedule the installation quickly and on the date that worked best for us.

The installation team (Juan, Christian, Abdul, and Anthony) was great as well. They got there early in the morning and worked nonstop until after dark, when the system was in working order. Our old system was installed in a closet with limited return access so we decided to move the system to the attic and cut in proper returns.

Bill Lawson was the lead tech and was personable in addition to being very knowledgeable. This particular system had a sensor installed improperly from the manufacturer and Bill was able to troubleshoot the problem and make the correction. We came to call him “Uncle Bill”.

All in all my experience was great with these guys and I would definitely recommend them. Great Value, Great Service and Great People…

My A/C stopped working after the storms, so when things settled I called Tracy and requested service. Making an appointment time that worked for my schedule was easy. Bill L and his apprentice arrived on time, were courteous and informative. They inspected the system thoroughly and had it back working just fine. Good company.

Bill rocked it. The level of subject matter expertise was insane. Within 15 minutes he had found the short in the line set me up on the app and fixed all issues while educating me on the TRANE system. God bless him.

I have been coming to the Mansfield Century Supply since It was opened. I have come to realize that I finally found an HVAC supplier that is kind and goes way out of their way to help me. In the past, they have helped me with the rescue motors. They always have a smile and words of encouragement when I come into the Mansfield branch. All of the guys are top-notch always have warm, friendly faces and a bag of popcorn ready to go out the door for me. Eric and Chris are assets to your company.
