Our furnace wouldn’t come on when it got cold. Everyone was very prompt, friendly and professional. From the person that answered the phone after hours, the tech that called me right back ready to send someone over ASAP (we declined the after hours visit), to the person that called and communicated the techs ETA the next day, and both techs that came out due to a part being on back order. They took their time to diagnose the problem and service the system. They truly went above and beyond.
C&S is the only company we will use for our HVAC needs!

Awesome experience with total HVAC replacement. Starting with Alen the very personable tech who came out on a Sunday to gently explain, complete with pictures of the scorch/arcing marks in the unit and refrigerant leaks on my 24 year-old system, what my options were. Second, Kyle, who also came out on Sunday to help me figure out what I needed and followed the whole process through. HUGE shoutout to Pete the installer crew lead and his crew, these three guys were polite, hardworking, and did amazing work up in a very hot garage attic. The installation looks so professionally done and is spotless.
Over the years this is probably my fourth HVAC installation, though first time in Texas, and I was impressed that a few days after installation a QC tech came out to make sure everything was up to spec for the city - thank you Miguel, also very polite and professional.
Thanks to all of them who put up with my dogs wanting to be their best friends, such a positive experience all around I look forward to having them for any maintenance needed going forward.

I’ve used C and S a number of times to repair my ac. They’ve always been prompt and always did a good job. They’re fair and honest. This last time they replaced my whole unit. Again they were here when they said they would be here and took care of it all quickly. As well as cleaned up after themselves before they left. I recommend them to anyone needing ac repair.

I’ll try and make this short. We were told by 4 different HVAC companies that we needed our air ducts cleaned and that they saw mold, which meant an expensive deep cleaning in the $1k’s. I was so confused with everything I was reading about it. I had a really bad experience with one of the companies. I called C&S Air and spoke with the GM Phillip Seward. We spoke several times and he spent so much time explaining to me all about air duct cleaning (which I now know I will never have done) and he assured me that he didn’t think it was near as bad as everyone said. He wanted to have one of his guys come out and see what was really going on. This man was so patient and kind.
He sent his technician Cole Parrish out to evaluate! He also spent so much time explaining everything to me, and what he was looking for with our HVAC. He took before and after pics. He determined everything looked great! He cleaned and sanitized the area where there was “MILDEW”. We had been having allergy stuff going on and our house just smelled musky. He told me more about an air purification system that Phillip had already mentioned and we were sold, and saved so much money! Thank goodness for Phil & Cole and their honesty and integrity! They definitely will have my business for life, and I’ll be referring all my clients and friends to them! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I cannot express how grateful I am to C&S Air or how amazing they are! The company my home warranty sent out flat out lied to me and said I needed a new $20,000 hvac system. I found C&S Air, Cole came out and did a thorough inspection, he explained to me in detail and in a way I could understand exactly what the problem was, and repaired it within an hour for a few hundred dollars. I signed up for the semi-annual filter change and maintenance and I am so happy I did. Cole again came out, did an exceptional job, and took the time to explain in detail how my hvac was functioning and what to be aware of. This company and its people are honest, reliable, and trustworthy!

My husband and I have used C&S Air, Inc. for years now. Cole is exemplary and is a huge asset to the company. Not only has he made multiple trips when we were in dire straights but he is honest, is not out to make money off his customers, and is trustworthy beyond all expectations. We are blessed to know him and will never use another company, especially if Cole continues his longevity with the company. Cole was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and even showed me photos so I could better understand the system. He also gave helpful preventative tips, including which filter to use and where to shut off the power besides the main breaker. I especially appreciated his respect for our home and how he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend!

Thank you to C&S Air for making a difficult situation much easier! Last summer we needed to replace our upstairs unit, and the team of Kyle, Jesus, and Alen were all terrific to work with and did a wonderful job doing it quickly and affordably. We had a very cool summer and fall, and the inspection by the city afterwards confirmed their quality work. Also, a special shout-out to Miguel who came for the 6-month follow-up and was extremely helpful. Great team and great experience all around!

Edgar Sanchez was my service provider today and he was amazing. He spoke very highly of the company. He was professional and early to the appointment. He walked me through the entire tune up process and addressed all my concerns.

Last thing, I didn't feel hustled or pressed to upgrade or purchase anything extra that wasn't needed. Dislike other companies that try to do that. .

I am a new home owner and Performance Heat and Air was recommended to me by a family member when we had an issue with one of our AC units. Jeff came and checked our unit out. He was professional, friendly, and explained things very well. He ended up saving us quite a bit of money with the repair he recommended and we were very thankful. I had another service request today and he came out again and again was very thorough. I'm so glad I found this company.

We had a great experience with Bill Lawson today. We are 75 years old and understandably, lack tech experience. He was professional and patient. Bill was sure we knew how to program the complicated thermostat. He also reinforced extended warranty information which we are considering purchasing.

I had a lot of issues with my A/C and when Jeff would work on it, I had no fears. I know that he was going to find and fix the problem with precision and accuracy.

My heat pump system was on it's last leg after almost 15 years. I was researching Trane systems online and came across Performance Heat and Air, Inc. Wow, what a super great experience I had. I called to inquire about a new system and John Jacobs was out in the next two hours. Very nice guy, he made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and answering all questions with trust. They searched for my system to install really fast and was out in the next day. Installers showed up right on time 8:00am perfect. Abraham and Armando worked together connecting my new system perfectly. Very nice guys. They answered all my questions during the install and was very professional. The part I liked the most is Abraham and Armando was very friendly and let me have nice conversations with them while they were working. Kuddos to these guys and the company. The entire experience with Drew, George (and team) and Norm was superlative! Drew met our option needs and competitive pricing. George did great install, super neat and clean. Norm did great follow up and performed over and above service to fix a unique drain issue we had. Truly 5 star work.

Bill installed a REME Halo for our home. He also shared a few additional tips for HVAC upkeep, which we appreciated being first time homeowners!
