Fortress HVAC Masters replaced the insulation on the refrigerant lines outside that had rotted away at our Mansfield home. It’s a small maintenance item, but they noticed it during the tune-up and fixed it. It looks much better and helps with efficiency. Good eye for detail.

Cole just went above and beyond assisting me get my AC working again. It was late evening, a brief 30 second power outage caused both my units to stop blowing cold air. Calling C&S after hours got me a call back from Cole almost immediately. Was willing to come out tonight, but was able to get me going again, talking me through it on the phone. Definitely having him out to service my equipment, and getting their maintenance plan. This isn’t the first time C&S has saved us. Highly recommend this company! I should have listened to my wife and gotten the maintenance last year!

My thanks to the guys at C&S air for digging into my unit. Was hit with a power surge and it was a puzzle figuring it all out. Dylan was very knowledgeable and had to sort through many issues. So friendly and up front with everything going on and all was reasonably priced. The last piece was discovered by Cole where some rats made a meal of my wiring in the outside condenser. It was quite a challenge but the guys were awesome. Thanks

I came home from dinner last night to a warm house. My AC was working, but only warm air was coming out. By 9pm, it was unbearable! I've used C&S Air in the past and didn't hesitate to call them. Since it was late on Friday, I fully anticipated that I would have to leave a message and hear back from them in the morning. To my surprise, someone not only answered the phone, but they booked a technician to come out that night! Cole called me promptly and gave me a time when he would be at my house. When Cole arrived, he was courteous and informative. He quickly found the problem and had the part in his truck to fix it. Within minutes, sweet cool air was flowing in my house! The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing!!

Cole was the greatest help last week. We discovered an issue on Thursday night that would have required a shipment of a part (and delay of the fix), but he didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to get the replacement part we needed himself. He drove across town to make sure it was fixed that day so my 91 year old mother had AC over the weekend. He was very kind and kept us updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend C&S Air!

After a negative experience with another company, C&S were a breath of fresh air! Cole was friendly and professional (as was Brooke in the office) and he clearly knows his stuff. He did a thorough inspection of our system, pointing things out to me and making sure that I fully understood. He left me feeling relieved and more knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the service and glad to be a new customer.

The question wasn't if but when on my a c not running like it was supposed to. Have lived in DFW for almost 40 years doing radio on WBAP and have endorsed a few HVAC companies in that period, but, and I'm not getting paid to say this, my wife and I will only work with C & S in the future. Customer service second to none and the fact that there family owned and family operated goes along way in how they treat there customers. New unit was installed back in June before the heat started and I don't have to run off to the the air of the mountains to cool off. My wife goes to bed early and important for the temperature to drop to she can get a good nights sleep. She does, I do. becoming part of the C & S family was a win win.

Bill diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back up and running in no time. The man knows his stuff on A/C repair.

I had such a difficult time with prior a/c companies trying to sell me a new system and lying about what was wrong . Not C&S. They came out after going without cool air for 6 days and went through it all. Found a faulty wire to the defrost panel and got my air back on. Cole Parrish was the tech and I never seen such an honest tech. Very thoughtful and explained everything and showed me to. I highly recommend C&S for all your a/c needs. I wasn’t even charged for coming out. Of course I’ll pay for the part, but what an amazing service. I’ll only call them for future services.
