We’ve been with C&S Air for a year now after having our capacitor replaced in the heat of the summer last year. We received prompt same-day service so our babies didn’t go without cool air and enrolled in the semi-annual maintenance plan. Cole has been our tech during our maintenance visits and is super knowledgeable and easy to work with! Another HVAC company did our summer AC inspection/tune up last week. They recommended some things to be done that did not make any sense to us. We called C&S Air and Brooke answered the phone. She was super nice, polite and carefully listened to our concerns. She knew exactly what we needed and she dispatched Cole to come to our house. Very pleased with my first experience with C&S Air. I chose them because they are a focused HVAC service provider rather than offering multiple other specialties.
Scheduling was quick and easy. Cole arrived on time and he was friendly and professional. He was happy to answer my multiple questions and he took the time to explain components of our system that I didn’t understand and identified the cause of high humidity levels in our home. This was the most thorough and educational visit I have ever had. He even sent me photos for our records. I feel good knowing that our system is functioning properly and that we have a reliable resource for future maintenance and repair if needed.

I called C&S this morning to get help with our AC that wasn’t cooling and was left turned off by Tempo Air, (possibly the worst company you could use for AC), and Miguel from C&S came by within an hour to help resolve the problem.

Miguel diagnosed the issue immediately, found a solution and got the unit working again. We are delighted and would definitely recommend C&S to anyone having trouble with their AC.

Amazing company. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The AC went out yesterday evening at my workplace and the tech was out here bright and early this morning to ensure I didn't have to sit in the heat. Cannot recommend C&S enough!

We just purchased a new AC unit from C&S Air, and they did a great job. From the initial consultation, to the installation, then finally, the quality control check….they were on top of things. I want to especially highlight Cole Parrish, who did the quality control check for us. He is by far one of the most thorough techs I’ve ever dealt with in any capacity. He checked and explained everything, making the new system and its components easier to understand. This is the second unit we’ve purchased from C&S, so it’s safe to say we are happy with them. C&S air was great on getting me in on a short notice. Great experience with C&S Air!

I contacted C&S Air after hearing a high-pitched squealing noise from my condenser unit.
Their technician Alen, arrived quickly, immediately diagnosed the problem as a failing condenser motor and was able to locate a replacement part within minutes.
Alen was professional, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repair process and why it was necessary.
Once the motor was replaced, he even performed a complimentary, thorough check of the rest of the system.
His thorough, professional work and attention to detail sold me on the C&S Air team.

C&S Air found the long standing problem with my AC system that others had been unable to diagnose . They are professional, knowledgeable , reasonably priced and trustworthy. Their technicians are all great but especially Cole. He is great at finding solutions to challenging and hard to diagnose AC issues. I highly recommend this company…I will never use anyone else.

Cole the tech was awesome, straight forward, and honest. The company respected that I knew pretty much what the issue with my system was and they didn’t try to upsell or anything. My experience with them was great.i had the blower motor and squirrel cage replaced in my air handler.

Cole has serviced our unit twice now. I'm very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge to discuss afterwards exactly what he did and that everything was good. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service. I will definitely continue to use.
