Oh my goodness! These guys were outstanding! We had just closed on our new home and the previous homeowner hadn't taken care of the repairs as promised. Being new homeowners we knew very little about how this works. We give Tracy an A+ for walking us through the process of having the warranty transferred to us. She told us who to call and even explained how beneficial it would be for us to do it! She was so patient and helpful! When the techs Juan and Abdul came out to do the repairs, they too, were so informative and patient! They explained what repairs they were doing, the reason why and how to maintain our HVAC properly! Let me tell you, it was a rocky road initially because of the previous owner but everyone we spoke with this entire week gave top notch customer service! We're geared up and ready for this hot Texas summer thanks to you guys! Thank you so much!

We’ve had our house for about 4 years now. Performance heat and air installed the system. Damien came out the first couple times that we had issues and to service it before this summer and he was very helpful and professional. Fast forward to now. The condensation is dripping on the Sheetrock. The ceiling fell through. They didn’t make the plenum higher than the rest of the unit. The plenum doesn’t have a drip pan under it, so it falls on the Sheetrock. When I called to ask about it, they were not only extremely rude but also told me that it’s not a workmanship issue. Even though I have already had another tech come out and verify all of this. So now they want me to pay a $109 service fee plus 225-1000+ to fix the cracked drip pan. Which they say never crack. It’s a plastic tray. With this heat, how can you say it’ll never crack? I get that it doesn’t see UV but it still gets hot and cold. I’m not sure what changed but we will never go through these guys again. They’re customer service, alone, really set the mood but Their prices and absolute refusal to accept that it could POTENTIALLY be their workmanship without even looking at the unit to assess sealed the deal.

I'm looking at buying a house. Inspection noticed a rusted plenum and several ducts. We got a week extension on our option period. My realtor had them out to fix her HVAC and thought they were fast and affordable. So I went with her recommendation. Bill came out, I explained I wanted him to check the system and get me a replacement cost on the rusted parts. He comes back with some bullshit about how he needs to replace EVERY single part of the HVAC. From the compressor, air handler, all duct work, all the grates, I mean EVERY SINGLE PART. 15-25K he tells me. So then some guy name Drew is supposed to write up the estimate. I again explain I want to replace the rusted parts. Bill came out on Tuesday, Our Option deadline was Friday. Drew jerks me around until around 4PM Thursday, same bullshit. "Need to redesign your whole system, 10-15 K." So I certainly will never use this company. Nor would I recommend them. Only plus is that they didn't charge me for this scam.

We purchased two Trane systems from Performance Heat and Air in February, and on installation day a team of five guys showed up to complete the install in one day. The new Trane systems are awesome. They are able to quickly and efficiently bring our inside temperature up or down as needed, and our level of comfort has never been higher. Overall, I can say that Performance Heat and Air has did an outstanding job designing and installing these new systems, and has provided good follow up afterwards. I am very excited to see these new Trane systems in action this summer. Thank you Performance Heat and Air!!!

They provide the absolute best service! I called on a Thursday morning regarding my heater not working when it was in the 30's and 40's outside. They quickly dispatched someone that afternoon to diagnose the problem. They confirmed we needed a new valve for our furnace, which was 24 years old so it may be challenging to find one in which case we'd need a new furnace. As you can imagine, that's a huge expense right before the holidays so we were a little worried. Well, they tracked down a new valve and traveled all the way to Tyler to pick it up and installed it on Friday. The fact that they put in the extra work to save us money and repaired it so quickly was much appreciated, especially with two young kids! I will recommend them to anyone that asks!

Highly recommend Performance Heat and Air! They installed a new TRANE very professional and the warranty of 10 years is an added bonus. The change out of old to new was performed in 1 day. Thankful Performance Heat and Air was recommended to us.

I called and spoke to Alex. My system was not working and he walked me through checking everything. It turns out, the batteries were dead in my thermostat. I replaced them and everything worked fine. He saved me a lot of time and trouble!!
