Our air conditioner condenser fan was overheating and tripping the circuit breaker. JOHN'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING sent Ian, a seasoned AC man, to check it out. Ian found that the condenser coils were so dusty that air couldn't move through them freely. After washing the coils, checking the refrigerant level (was fine) and checking amp draw on the motor (also fine) we were handed an invoice for less than $100! John's is now my go-to HVAC company.

They are super responsive, friendly, professional and their crews are either ontime or they call if there's a delay. Pricing has been fair, great value for what I've spent. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our older central A/C unit went out in August when we were having a stretch of 100 degree days. We had 3 companies evaluate what we needed and give us a bid.

Very fast response, I called Saturday afternoon on Labor Day weekend, John was super nice and told me he'd try to find somebody to come out that afternoon. A repairman called shortly after and confirmed he'd be by, he came out at 4 PM and was very professional. Diagnosed that we needed 3.5 pounds of r-22, charged me $150 for the after-hours call, which is very reasonable, then quoted $100 per pound for the r-22, which he brought down to $75 per pound. The stuff wholesales for $20-35 per pound, so at best a 2x markup. Whole service cost over $400, for one hour of work. I've gotten better r-22 pricing elsewhere, although the service was top notch and I like that they are local. Will keep on my list of providers. UPDATE: John called, again extremely nice, and explained his r-22 pricing. Star rating upped due to follow-up.

I have two homes on my property, both have needed AC service on several occasions. I've tried two other companies. John's is the only one that hasn't disappointed. They are good folk and reasonable. They stand behind their work. Unlike other ones around here that I shant mention. There's a reason for all the 5 star reviews.

Came out and serviced two of our AC units. One was blowing warm air, found a small leak and refilled with Freon. It’s working great now!!! Thank you for your quick response and taking care of us.

If you are looking for an amazing company and service you have found it with John’s Heating and Air. We contacted them with our AC problem and right away they took care of us by sending out someone to fix our problem. AC in Texas in July is important and they were on it. I’ve been using John’s heating and air since 2000 and could not be more pleased with the service, fair pricing and reliability. We’ve had them come out for small jobs, maintenance, and full system replacement across three homes. We will continue to solely use John’s for all of our HVAC needs!

They did not try to make up any unnecessary repairs. They only replaced what needed to be replaced which in my case was only a cheap relay in the air handler and they reinstalled my old thermostat because my Nest Thermostat was making my system run way too long. Anyway they appeared to do quite a bit of work for $100. I felt they treated me right

Have had Johns for service for 15+ years. They are great, on time and neat. We replaced total system about 3 years ago. I was pleased to find John's to be the most price competitive. We were very happy with the job and price.

I know they helped my neighbor and she’s a single elderly woman. They fixed our ac with no problem. Even though our system isn’t old and is under warranty the install company is impossible to get to do anything. I won’t mention their name. John’s has been very easy to deal with. They are conveniently close to our house and have good service

I had used other companies in the past and was tired of being told I needed to replace my unit every other time I had them out. I called John’s about 6 years ago, they fixed the unit in about 15 mins and I have used them ever since. Honest and quick. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been using John's since moving to Mansfield. I like to shop local. My air conditioner died at night and they were out at my house mid morning the next day. They were able to get the parts and install them that afternoon. I had AC again by 4pm. Thank you for such a fast response time.

Good work with reasonable price! Chase did a great job at my house today by replacing a part that he diagnosed after listening to the sound when the unit was on. Honest, Honest, Honest. This company saved me $5700. I’m so glad I decided to call them after my insurance company wasn’t on board with what another company quoted. I was absolutely dumbfounded when Josh came and had my 2 year old unit running within 5 minutes……no lie. I had been without heat for 5 weeks going back and forth with this other company.
