My evaporator had leaks!! John's gave us the option of replacing the coil vs changing the entire unit. So thankful they gave a less costly option, change coil. Technitions were super, knew what they were doing. How do I know that? I have a degree in HVAC & Mechanical Technology.

Most people who own a heat pump don't realise they utilize Freon to operate in the winter. A copper tube began to split open near my biflow filter drier. Resulting in No Freon in the system.

Chase examined and repaired the system - replaced the freon & filter. Works as intended now.

I'm usually pretty up-to-date on basic mechanics and technology . But for some reason I missed the fact that if you own a heat pump in the Winter in Texas and it gets below freezing you should manually turn it to emergency heat and Bypass the heat pump technology if your unit equipment isn't automatic .

I felt that John had a genuine concern to make me a satisfied customer.
