Irving and Daniel, our plumbers, assessed the situation and provided solutions before any work commenced. They thoroughly examined the problem and offered a quote. We agreed on the required work, and they completed it within two hours. Both plumbers were courteous and polite throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone facing plumbing issues. We were satisfied with the information they provided and encouraged us to reach out for any future assistance.

Both installers we're extremely Professional and cleaned up behind themselves all thru job. They installed inside and outside ac/heater 3.5 ton. put a new pad outside and added gravel around it so it looked good. They removed everything so nothing was left behind. Jorge THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT JOB

NO SHOW. NO SERVICE.
Scheduled for plumbing services.
Had a set appointment for 2/5/26 with arrival between 8 and noon. Noon came and went with no contact from the company. We called. They pushed the time TWICE and by the evening we chose to reschedule.
Today was the reschedule. Arrival between 8 and 10. Assured repeatedly by a lovely and appologetic representative that we were the first call of the day. At 9 we call to get a more accurate time of service. We are told the company is in a meeting and they would not get to us until the afternoon. Zero communication from the company. Zero follow through on two scheduled appointments. They may be exceptional plumbers, but we will never know. I personally lost a long day waiting for their initial no show and was massively disappointed (although not surprised at this point) that they failed their second chance.
I'm lucky that my home has multiple bathrooms so that my life was not upended by their inability to keep an appointment, but I don't give third chances.

Mansfield Plumbing scheduled our appt for today between 08:00-12:00- technician Anthony arrived at 12:25. He was very courteous and apologized for late arrival. He is very confident, knowledgeable, courteous and customer friendly. He explained what he determined the problem was and what he was doing to correct it. The service is dependable and assuring to get quality service.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! From the moment I contacted them, the office staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The plumbers were top-notch, and Henry truly exceeded all expectations—his workmanship was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Todd in management made sure I was fully taken care of and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. This level of service is rare these days. If you’re looking for a company you can truly trust, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

During the snow storm, I called up Mansfield Plumbing because I noticed a leak and wanted to rule out a bursted pipe.

The lady on the phone, couldn’t quote me a service price, instructed the technician would give one instead. Personally, it would have been nice to know if they were going to dispatch “JDR restoration” without our knowledge.

Restoration guy Maverick shows up and runs up a $750 bill, plus a $320 hole they cut in my wall (Troy wanted $700+ to “investigate), all for my insurance company to send additional REAL plumbers and notify us there wasn’t even a real cause other than wear and tear of caulking.

RUN far away from either company unless you have $1000+ to blow because both Mansfield Plumbing and JDR restoration charge regular working folks home insurance rates you can’t afford. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!

So happy we went with Mansfield Plumbing for our HVAC work!! From the customer service, quick work, and HVAC options available it was great dealing with them. Anthony and Eric were super friendly and did great work on the install overall. The only negative I have is the “landlord special” caulk work on the sheetrock inside our HVAC closet. I know it’s hidden but could have been patched better in my opinion. Overall 4/5 stars and am pleased with the system and team!

Highly disappointed and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend.
We had an appointment originally on 2/18 and got a text that our appointment was confirmed the week prior. Due to a system upgrade our appointment was never transferred to the new system and we were not told this until almost 5:00PM on 2/18. We rescheduled and another tech came out on Wednesday. They proceeded to tell us that this was “just how the coil/vent was supposed to be”, tried to upsell on a subscription service and then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have the part needed to fix our other issue despite knowing from the previous inspections what was needed. We call another company who came out SAME DAY told us yes, this is BROKEN and needs to be fixed and they did it at almost half the cost. We called the office immediately to cancel the appointment we had with Mansfield as trust was completely lost and they called again today to let us know they were on the way. We had to tell them again that their services were not needed, so it also seems like there are opportunities to improve internal communications.

Rico and his helper (I don't recall his name) were both fantastic. I needed a new 220V line run in my shop for a 2-post lift. I didn't plan ahead very well to schedule the work in advance, but despite this Mansfield Plumbing sent Rico's team out the same day. They were able to estimate and get the work done all in one day to get me up an running.

Prompt, probably professional service. Very pleased with cost.

Trey found an issue that most wouldn’t. It was a non-issue in the summer but was carbon monoxide poisoning the winter. I credit him with saving lives.
