My Really bad Personal Experience With This Company

This review is only about my individual experience and opinions. Others may have had different results, but this is what happened in my case.

I contacted this company to address an issue with my walk-in cooler that kept freezing up. After their inspection, I was told the overhead blower was bad. I agreed to have both the blower and compressor replaced. The total bill came out to about $14.5K.

Even after the repairs, the original issue continued, though the unit was still functioning. Around ten months later, the cooler stopped working completely. A different technician from outside the company inspected it and informed me that the compressor had failed again. Since the compressor was still under manufacturer warranty, I reached back out to the original company.

I was then given a quote of about $6K for a manufacturer warranty replacement. The most surprising part for me was seeing refrigerant listed at around $160 per pound, while my previous invoice from the same company showed roughly $65 per pound. I understand prices can vary, but the difference felt significant.

The frustrating part is that warranty policies require me to go through the original installer, so switching providers isn’t an option for this specific repair. Based solely on my own experience, I personally felt the pricing and overall process were not what I expected.

Others may have had positive outcomes, but I wanted to share my experience so people know what happened in my situation.

Honest, affordable service. Air conditioner went out last night; thankfully, it wasn’t hot. I called them at 9 AM. They showed up by 10 AM, and they were done in 30 minutes. Very thorough, very explanatory, and very honest. I locked them into my phone and will be using them again.
