UPDATE (12/6/25) – While the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning the carpet, the overall experience was disappointing. The service I was originally quoted somehow doubled in price after the technician recommended an additional shampoo treatment, leaving me paying far more than I had anticipated.

I was also told the carpet would take approximately 4–6 hours to dry; however, it actually took a day and a half. During that time, my home had a strong wet-dog odor, likely due to the extended dampness combined with the recent rain.

I have attempted to contact the company to express my concerns, but I have yet to receive a return call. Although the quality of the cleaning itself was good, the unexpected price increase, prolonged drying time, and lack of follow-up have made this a bit of a frustrating experience.

I was looking for a service to clean my dryer ducts. On Time Home Experts immediately texted me and then called me. I had a same day appointment. I was kept abreast on the time of their arrival. Terrence was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and was able to solve my clogged dryer quickly.

Always prompt! Always go beyond the call! Always at a good price! Good people!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Was getting several quotes on new AC system because I was told that's only option. First company...quoted 13k. This guy from Earls, who I think is grandson of earl?? Came in, never once tried to sell me on new system, instead figured out problem, fixed it and charged less than most do for just a service call.Will recommend 100% to anyone that needs AC services

Trustworthy and reasonable. Earl and his crew have been my air conditioning service for over 30 years. I would never use anyone else. They are honest and dependable and will NOT take advantage of you in an emergency situation. I highly recommend them for all your air-conditioning needs whether it is just the addition of freon or major repair work. Extremely friendly and likable. highly recommended

Jason services multiple properties of my own in addition to many friends and family members. You can tell it’s a family run business based on how he communicates. He’s extremely responsive and has helped me multiple times with emergency ac problems and does routine checks on my units. He even came to my rent house late on a Friday evening and fixed a big issue which my tenants were extremely thankful for. Also for years he’s been straight about the cost and has never tried to upsell plus is always looking at how to minimize my expenses. This is the only company I’d consider using or recommending in the DFW area.

The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired our air conditioner for and really did such a great job.

Excellent service! They came out when my AC wasn’t cooling properly and, instead of immediately recommending a costly replacement, they took the time to look into the warranty—even though they weren’t the original installers. Thanks to their effort, we were able to get a new system in place very quickly. Highly recommend
