The technician (Denzal) did a full invoice and then he explained what had to be done and gave us an estimate immediately! Job was executed in a professional manner and we are extremely happy with the results!

Joe cleaned my duct system today and did a fantastic job! He informed me of the entire process up front. He was very thorough and analyzing the system and provided photos and clearly explained what needed to be done to restore healthy ventilation system in my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a couple of hours and was very efficient. I could sense a difference in the quality of air in my home when he first began cleaning. He followed up the job by providing photos and the difference the cleaning has made in The quality of my ventilation system is phenomenal! I was impressed by Denzel’s friendly demeanor, professionalism and punctuality. He was also very knowledgeable. I give him a five star. However, the price they quoted me for a deep clean seemed exorbitant to me. They had quoted me $145 for air duct cleaning on the phone but the technician recommended a “deep clean” when he got to the house. They quoted it at $2300!! I spoke with their dispatcher who claimed that this was a good deal because they would normally have charged $ 3000 for the service. They were willing to drop the price to $ 2100. I ended up paying $715 dollars for cleaning of the return air box and dryer vent without any air duct cleaning. While I’m not an expert on pricing for such services, I don’t feel like I got good value for the money I spent. I will shop around next time.

The air ducts were falling apart due to some mold on them. I didn’t know who to call ,so I came across on time home experts. they were real professional provided a great quote and got the cleaning and we’re done the same day. I appreciate all the work.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian today. He is an absolute gem. He was extremely helpful and explained everything he would be doing. He took the time to listen, which is rare these days. Im a widow and I haven’t seen this level of concern and respect from service people in a long time. Your company is very fortunate to have such an honest and forthright person working for you. I was very impressed with the way he cleaned up after his work. I will definitely be requesting Brian to come out the next time I need work done.

Mark was great! We had the whole house cleaned and sanitized - 10 ducts, 1 return, the HVAC unit. Had not been cleaned since 2011 when the HVAC was replaced. He made a recommendation on changing the HVAC filter type we are currently using to make the system run more efficiently - an educational moment we didn't know we needed! Anytime in Texas when your A/C can be more efficient - that is a bonus in my book.

We also had a deep clean of our dryer venting, and when I tell you that was years overdue....that is not an exaggeration. It looked like it was snowing out with all the buildup he got out of our duct system!

Mark was polite, personable, and efficient in his work, explaining small changes we could make to improve efficiency, and a time line for a maintenance cleaning rather than a deep cleaning, which would be more cost effective. Would 100% recommend this company!

Sebastian was amazing. Work ethic like that is hard to find. We had 3 units and unimaginable vents. He was solo and worked a solid 11 hours and never stopped paying attention. Wow. God bless brother. If I owned this company, I would have him train every new employee. Appreciate very much and will use this company going forward. Thanks very much!
