Gary Beck is a wealth of knowledge. He provided insight to the situation I was facing with experience and integrity. Carolina, Jose, and Misty were my team. Andrew Mora and his coworker did a wonderful job cleaning our HVAC system and ducts. The evening before Thanksgiving, we noticed mold growing in one of our air ducts. Airroot promptly sent their service manager, Gary, to inspect our system Friday morning. Gary was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain air conditioning 101 to us so we could understand the root cause and solutions. The following week, Andrew and his coworker thoroughly cleaned our system. You can’t even tell where the mold was after they finished. They were very professional, tidy, and exceeded our expectations. They brought their own cleaning equipment to ensure any particles were swept up prior to leaving. We would recommend Airroot to anyone needing HVAC services done.

We had or spring service with TDAC this past week. We've been using them the past couple years after having poor service with another company. Parker did a great job and was thorough with the service process. I receommend TDAC for you A/C and heat service needs.

The technician discovered that my fan motor had wired in reverse. this was missed by several technicians of competing companies. Customer for life!

They were great and I had used them for years. Lately they just do not have their act together. I still like Joshua and am happy when he comes out. However, I would recommend going with another company at this time.

So I hear this ... THWUMP...and the sudden smell of burning electronics filling the house.
I open the door to the Heating unit, and sparks galore!!
I called several places, who didn't answer right away, but TDAC did. Not only did they answer the call, but .. and I'm not kidding.. 25 minutes later Chris showed up at the house, popped the cover to the unit, figured out the problem, jetted off to get the parts, and all in all, less than an hour not only was our heat back on, but running better than ever!!
Chris was polite, professional, and always knocked and announced as he came in and out.
Very impressed with this company, and will be recommending them to others!

Called to set up a diagnostic on my hvac since it froze up on me on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning at 745 and they said they would have someone here by 9! Chris showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He was nice and explained what he was doing and some ways of fixing my problem. He added some freon to get me back going and told me how to follow up. I would recommend TDAC to anybody! Thanks again Chris!

I want to thank Penny for taking the time to talk with me today. I had TDAC install a new unit 2.5 years ago. Since they are in Fort Worth and I’m far north Plano I tried a different company thinking local would be better in case of emergency. The other company that I had come do a maintenance check were nearly double the cost of TDAC and furthermore the heater in my still fairly new unit stopped working suddenly after the recent maintenance. I called Penny crying thinking I was being scammed and asking what I should do. Despite it being a different company that made the mistake, she spent a good amount of time on the phone with me this morning explaining how the unit works and that she thought it was a wiring issue and they should fix it and not give them another dime (You we’re right Penny, it was crisscrossed wires) She offered to send the TDAC team out but I had that company already coming back out to look at it since they messed it up. Thankfully they corrected it no charge since it was their mistake. However, I am so thankful to Penny for helping me and local isn’t always better.

We have used TDAC for ten years. We bought new Carrier AC Heat units, inside and out, 10 years ago. We have kept the maintenance up biannually with them and this year we had coil and board replacement and they informed us the parts were still under warranty for 3 more weeks. Saved us some money. We appreciate their honesty and expertise.

Joshua came out and gave us a very detailed estimate of the work required, explained everything that needed to be done and why, didn't try to "up sell" us on anything, in fact he talked us out of going with the high end equipment, and the price for replacing both our inside units and outside units was $1500 to $2000 LESS than the other 5 estimates I received. They showed up on the day and time agreed, completed the work in one day in lieu of two planned, and everything has been working great. The quality of work was fantastic, the crew was professional and courteous, and we couldn't be happier with the equipment. I will be using TDAC for all my HVAC service needs going forward.

When my whole system went out, I called TDAC Heating and Air Conditioning. They had taken care of all my ac needs in the past. Their turn around for installing my ac was quick. I got great pricing and financing. Everyone in the company including installers and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend TDAC. Thanks guys you are awesome. Also loved the maintenance program they recommended.

Prompt, courteous, and fair pricing. Ben was honest about the health of my systems and did not try to sell me anything.

I just had my smart thermostat installed by Ben. He was very cordial and installed it well. It works perfectly. The people are so kind at this location and were very helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing company. All of the staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. I do not believe I will ever use another air conditioning company other than this one . They are the absolute best in their field . I highly recommend that any commercial company that is unsatisfied with the current company they are using for HVAC needs, give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed!

Joe was very professional, arrived on time and called to let me know what time he would arrive. Explained the dryer vent issues, showed detailed pictures. He was very knowledgeable. Have received estimates for air duct cleaning and chimney. Will request Joe for future work.
