Cameron, James, and Todd, who have conducted routine inspection & maintenance here so far, answered all the questions, and shared valuable suggestions about enhancing the performance of the HVAC system, along with some helpful tips for improving air quality. The customer service on the phone each time has been outstanding as well. Candice and Amanda were very courteous and prompt in handling the scheduling and administrative tasks. Overall, EMG appears to be a great company staffed by friendly and dedicated people.
