All 3 Technicians that have worked on my Hvac this week were friendly, professional and fast. Can't ask for much more, they seem to have a great team of techs and I appreciate them getting a tech to my house when we needed it the most during this last round of ice.

This was supposed to be a plumbing checkup but he seemed more interested in what would make him the easiest commission. When he got here I told him I had a drain that was draining slow and sometimes would overflow. I showed him which one but all he wanted to know was where my water heater was located. Of course after he examined the water heater he said it was malfunctioning and needed heater elements and anode rod for $1475! He said the water heater was on its last legs and I think he said $3500 to replace. I told him I wasn't interested and asked him about the drain and he blew me off saying he didn't have a snake with him. We have a different type of Willard checkup the day after tomorrow but I will probably cancel it. This isn't the way you treat a customer that recently spent $35,000 on your products. I have a maintenance agreement with you but I'm going to cancel it.

First, I would like to acknowledge Ashley, she handled the dispatch of a technician on the same day when other companies could not give me a same day service. Matthew Neely was our technician. Matt went beyond our expectations with explaining why the hot water heater wasn’t working. He repaired it and addressed another plumbing issue. I appreciate the knowledge, professionalism and customer focus received from Mansfield Plumbing, Electric, And Air.

Excellent work as always. Easy to call and schedule. They were available within the week. He completed at least 10 things on my checklist that have been needing attention for months It was so nice to get all the things completed, that I have been putting off Prices were very reasonable

Christian and Caden! Wow! I’ve been dealing with a yard leak for months, with the city of Fort Worth not confirming which neighbor’s responsible and charging us more to come check our meters. I also called another private plumbing company who didn’t seem to want to get their hands dirty and didn’t even offer a thorough leak investigation. Christian and Caden did a leak investigation, found the source of the leak, explained my options, and they offered to go ahead and fix it the same day! Their positive attitudes and passion for explaining everything, uploading tons of pics and videos of their work, thorough cleanup, and my detailed invoice, was just phenomenal service. I’d used Mansfield plumbing once before (referred by my siblings) for a small dishwasher connection, but this time around, these two young men were exceptional, and I felt like the price was very reasonable after other research and quotes.

Segio was outstanding and very professional. Detailed explanation of how my AC system was running and how to mitigate any future issues. With that said, I am confused! This is a review for Mansfield PIumbing and ....I had no idea that Top Gun was acquired by another company. Now I know why I was having a hard time scheduling my prepaid maintenace visit. A quick search indicates Top Gun was acquired by K&K. So who am I dealing with when and if I purchase a maintenance plan? Top Gun, Mansfield, or K&K?

Rico did an amazing job and was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and the company. He sold me on a membership that I was extremely happy to find out y'all have. He definitely deserves a promotion or a raise in my opinion and I'll will be calling again for any issues I have moving forward.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service that I have received from this company. They work with you on being cost effective and the technicians have been knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Kudos to Andrew and Kevin for fast and impeccable electrical work. Donovan, Tunde and their crew were exceptional in replacing duct work and replacing HVAC system. And when I had a tree root issue the crew that came out were fast and addressed the entire problem. Needless to say I purchased a membership with this company but it has been well worth it! They provided warranties on their work completed too. Check them out...I highly recommend them!

Henry was professional, worked efficiently and solved my clogged drain problem in less than an hour, after I worked to fix it myself for a couple hours. He explained things well as he worked. Price was as expected. You get what you pay for. Overall I was very pleased with this business. Same day service during normal business hours. Wait time about 4 hours.

The price of the unjam of my garbage disposal was higher than expected especially since it took less than 10 minutes. But overall, good service.

This company is fantastic! They were on site an hour after my original phone call. Had the quote worked out within an hour the next day they came out and installed two generators. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Super impressed with my first time calling this company! Mind you, it was 5:30 on a Sat night with freezing temperatures for outside work ( main water line backing up into house). I had already called the big box company in DFW that I have a yearly contract with and they scheduled me for Monday morning. To avoid going to a hotel with our dog, we called a local business. Scheduling was professional as was the technician, over and above great service! Can’t speak highly enough of Mansfield Plumbing!

Most amazing service ever! I had one plumber come out and they basically rerouted my initial issue but I had Irving come out today and he fixed the issue in entirety and got me up and running! Im a single mother who tries to do what I can by myself and Irving make it clear for me to go do what I needed to do while he fixed the the plumbing issues so I could get some relief. Very professional, very well spoke, very personable. He seemed like a good friend or neighbor helping me with my home! 100% will use Mansfield Plumbing again and ask for Irving Alvereztorres!!!!

So far I have only called them out for a estimate. George did a great job walking me through things and explaining things. Was extremely kind and respectful.

Mr. Henry was knowledgeable very polite & professional. He knows what his doing and very honest showing me what’s underneath my house. Top knots I give him 5***** I would definitely recommend him and this company. One thing I love about this company they come late at night and get it done. The two gentlemen were phenomenal. Professional, respectful, kind, caring, and very friendly. Explained as they went along. I asked if they would not address me as ma'am. They explained to me that it's not going to happen, "ma'am." The tech even checked on me the following day. When I do get the money to have the work done, is there any possible way I could request the two gentlemen? Tysm.

Andrew and Kevin came out to my home and did an amazing job. They were both very personable, professional, and took the time needed to thoroughly diagnose my electrical issues. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done safely and correctly.

I also want to recognize the customer service representatives I spoke with — Laura, who set up my appointment, and Amanda, who followed up with me on the day of service. Both were kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to speak with.

The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided, and I now have power again and peace of mind knowing everything was handled properly. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done!

Troy was awesome today! He was here all day, very experienced, extremely professional, and very understanding. He was detailed and explaining everything that needed to be done and what things cost and that’s what’s important if you ever have a problem pick up the phone and call Mansfield plumbing. 24/7

By far the worst experience with any business. I called Saturday at 3pm and requested someone out there on that day. I was told I would receive a call later advising me what time the plumber would be there. Hours pass and I don’t get a call nor any email confirmation. I call them at 9pm and ask them if I should still wait on them and that I haven’t gotten a call back. They tell me they would call me shorty to provide an update. Sunday morning rolls in and I get a call at 8am saying the plumber was about 45 minutes out… I ask at what time was the appointment (which i received no information on) and they told me 8am. By then I had found someone else who took my issue seriously and sent someone in 2 hours. Save yourself the headache from a “no call no show” and find someone else. Absolutely poor customer service.

Ryan arrived earlier than estimated, which made me very happy. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained my situation clearly and offered solutions that were beneficial to my home. His assistant, Josiah, was a great assistant as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a plumber to do excellent work.
