Was able to get an appointment last minute which was great because it was freezing. He was punctual and very communicative. He quickly diagnosed the problem and his fee was reasonable for initial diagnostic tests. The quote he gave us was also reasonable, very transparent, and he gave us current quotes as well as future quotes to maintain our HVAC system. He proceeded to fix the issues and we are grateful to have heat on again during this cold winter season. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism, fair and reasonable pricing, clear and concise action plans given, conveniently services all of the DFW area, and their speedy solutions which is the most important thing. We were with Mansfield plumbing for about two years paying monthly. We kept having the same issue with our air conditioning system shutting off. Every time they came they had a quote for something new to add to the system which had nothing to do with the issue we were having. In April one of their techs came to check our system and he dropped a gasket to the Freon cap causing the Freon to fully leak out. Our system stopped cooling so we had to call them out again a few days later. The same tech came and he realized his mistake from his last visit. He spoke to a manager and he was given the okay to fill up the Freon at no cost due to his mistake. We called them out again in June due to our system shutting off. They sent the same tech from April’s visit. He said he needed to see if the drain was clogged in the attic. He tried to clear the line by leaving the water faucet on in the restroom where the system drains to. He then tried to clear the line which then caused flooding because it forced water out from the pipes under the sink. There was water all under my sink causing damage to the wood. He left water all over the floor. He did not say anything when he left. He just told me that everything was running fine after clearing the line. When he left I saw the huge mess he left. We called Mansfield Plumbing and they didn’t seem to really care about the damage. We just ended up cancelling our service. In September we had a different company come and make sure our system was running fine and they told us that we needed Freon. They checked for a leak but there was no leak. All I can think of is that Mansfield Plumbing did not fill up the system all the way. All their mistakes cost us a lot of money in repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our technician Ryan was great. He fixed the problem right away. Ryan also double checked his work to make sure it was correct. He was also friendly and had a great attitude.

After our pipe burst in our house, our plumber Troy Hoover saved the day! Replaced the pipe and faucet quickly. Also on time and friendly, will definitely be using again for all my plumbing problems.
Joel Ruiz came today to fix our electrical box for our AC after it was damaged in a storm. Arrived quick, did a great job and friendly service. Another plus was it wasn't super expensive to reroute into our breaker box.
Graham and Mateo cleaned my A/C ducts today. They were fast, friendly and did a great job!

I didn’t break it. Unfortunately it was not Troy’s intention when he did. But now after a near $600.00 emergency faucet replacement bill, I have to find and purchase the Koehler specific tank fixture that I have to replace. Sorry, but wrong in so many ways. This sucks! And do I expect to hear back from Mansfield Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air? Not a snowballs chance in hell. Never again, period

Great service! Came out in an ice storm to get my unit back online. They were quick to answer and come out, when other companies wouldn’t. Would definitely keep in mind next time!

Christian is a great asset to Mansfield Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and professional in the work he performed. He changed out my washing machine valves which resolved the leaking problem flowing into washer tub. Awesome job!

Irving was very thorough with his plumbing inspection and tankless water heater flush. He explained everything he did and recommended something to prevent the buildup of calcium that I will have to think about. He was very knowledgeable and was personable and easy to work with and understand.

Jacob was very professional and very informative as I asked questions. He ran into a few issues installing my bath faucet, but he figured it out quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess! I would recommend Mansfield Plumbing to family and friends because I am pleased with the results of my new updated gold shower and bath fixtures.
