I found Bow Tie Plumbing when my American made water heater sprang a leak. It turned out that the water heater was not the source of the dripping water. It was the intake that was leaking. Travis took care of the problem by changing out the galvanized pipe with copper and he also changed out the line that went from the tank to the house. He stayed until he had the water pressure back up and running. I was very pleased with the service. Nick also took care of some specific issues I needed addressed in the full-size bathroom and an automatic cut-off valve for the water heater. All I can say about this plumbing company is that I plan on being a return customer when it comes to fast, courteous service and pricing that I can afford.

My family and I were in a serious time crunch learning 4 days before closing on the sale of our house that we had a drain leak somewhere in the main drainage system of our house. This would need to be located and repaired before closing date. Jesse Galindo was willing to make our situation a priority and even work over the holiday weekend to fix this problem in time so we could close on our home on Monday. I would NEVER have expected anyone to go so out of their way to help us out in this way. Jesse went above and beyond, I will highly recommend him to anybody who needs a plumbing job done. He was super professional and kept us informed with photos/videos of the work being done every step of the way. He fixed our leak quickly and got us the documentation we needed promptly so we could proceed with the sale of our house. Thank you, Jesse!

(Original review) Bow Tie was recommended multiple times by several different moms in an online group Im part of. When I was in need of a plumber over the weekend I was able to schedule right away. Excellent communication, punctual, great price. Five stars!

We have had issues with an upstairs drain and the last few times plumbers have had difficulty snaking the drain (it seems to be a strange set-up/pipe route). Bryson was very helpful, but unfortunately, had to work through the same issues others had. Luckily it took him 1/4 of the time. Additionally, I had questions on other plumbing related concerns and he graciously spent a few extra minutes walking me through some suggested maintenance. He was super polite and knowledgeable and I we will definitely use Bryson and Bow Tie plumbing again!

Outstanding customer service and quick service call. Took care of water heater within a few hours. Superior work!!

He showed great integrity throughout the job, even sending us videos as he worked so we could see exactly what was happening as he was performing the work. Utilized Bow Tie Plumbing October 7 for a failed control valve on a Bradford White water heater. Called them initially October 4 which was a weekend and call was answered promptly. BTP-Travis came out October 6th and attempted a simple fix but to no avail. Located needed new control valve kit at a local supply house and returned October 7th and made the repair. Left with me the parts from the kit that were not needed for the repair. Not often does that occur as most will take the parts with them for use at another location.
I appreciated his honest approach and integrity. Will definitely reach out to Bow Tie in the future as needed. Rate seemed competitive. Although we have a home warranty company, they have proven that their selection in companies from a call center in Bangladesh leaves a lot to be desired. We chose to pay out of pocket without utilization of our home warranty intervention and very glad we did. GREAT JOB TRAVIS BOWEN!

Need a plumber? Look no further, seriously! Call these guys. I did after the city of Arlington told me I had excessive water usage. They came the same day and isolated a valve inside toilet my toilet that needed replacement. Ethan and Dustin took great care of me and I know they’ll do the same for you!

He fixed my repair right away. Warranted the work and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and even had a demonstration to show me what was happening.

Had a pipe burst in a kitchen wall this past freeze the day before Christmas Eve. Called that evening and Condy squeezed us in Christmas Eve morning. Knocked it out in less than an hour. A little pricey, but well worth it to save our family Christmas. Thanks!!!

Had a main line blockage that was causing all the water in the house to come out my bottom floor toilet, I tried to unblock it myself but could not . It was already late and all the rental places were closed. Called icon and Condy came out that same night to unclogg our main line to get everything flowing again
