Reviews of local pros in Mansfield, Texas

Condy has become my go-to plumber. He communicates well, he keeps his promises, and does great work at a fair price. EVEN ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!

He was on time, gave me estimate of cost and time, efficient, explained patiently and answered questions, polite, respectful, cleaned area. I can't say enough how great and fair he was!!!!!!

Condy was prompt but was not helpful in finding our leak. We asked for the sewer and water lines be examined and only the sewer was tested. I am sure Icon can do standard plumbing jobs, however, if you need something that requires extra attention, you may find them lacking.

Joe did a great job on my leaking pipe today.

Called Icon about a main water line leak in the front yard. Condy was very prompt, kept in constant contact, and did a great job. From A-Z great experience.

Icon Plumbing was able to help me out on Christmas Eve when a pipe broke and flooded our living room. They were responsive and available to help us out after hours and on a holiday. Their staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.

We called ICON as we were having an issue with our garbage disposal, which was preventing our sink from draining. Condy came out to our home the same day to fix our issue and charged us a VERY reasonable price. We have saved his number and will refer him to others.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND ICON PLUMBING. The gentleman who came to our home was great. No wasted time and on purpose the whole visit. Found our issue quickly and was even able to show me video of what he repaired. First Rate in my book.

Quick and responsive.
We accidentally hit our pool auto fill line while staking in Christmas decorations. Came out within 30 mins of calling on the Sunday of the Thanksgiving holiday. Fixed the issue quickly. Would not hesitate calling again.

Icon plumbing was a great service. I was able to get it quick and fast in the same day and they were able to fix my problem with a great price. I’m gonna be sure to give them a call again when I have a problem.

I had a plumbing problem with the water draw from the lake when I remodeled my boat dock. He knew how to diagnose and fixed the situation in no time flat.

Afterwards we were walking back to his truck, we noticed a neighbor in their 70's digging his water lines out from the yard by hand. Condy immediately went over to help them and fixed his problem in a couple hours. He didn't even charge my neighbor. He said it's important to help people, especially the elderly.

This is the RIGHT people you want to have on speed dial.

I recommend him to anyone, every time.

A knowledgeable and helpful contractor to have.

I give him 5 STARS!!

Icon was a big part of my home remodel. The knowledge and experience that the owner has really shows in the work that he and his employees delivered. They were well within my budget and definitely better priced than the other bids I had received. Will definitely use again!

It was late Christmas Eve and a pipe burst making us turn off the water with a house full of family and guest. Every other plumber told us they couldn’t come, but Condy from Icon came in the freezing cold to help us fix our broken pipes. He was professional and did a excellent job. I highly recommend you choose this company for your service needs, you won’t regret it.

I received an immediate response to my call and Condy set up an appointment for the following day. Condy kept me informed when he would arrive. He was courteous, evaluated my water leak problem, explained the solution and did a professional repair. I highly recommend Condy and Icon Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I reached out to ICON Plumbing on Tuesday about a clogged toilet and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (today). Condy showed up and was very courteous and professional and had my toilet working like new in a matter of minutes. Afterwards, he explained what the issue may have been that caused the clogging and shared some background on his professional experience. I will certainly be using ICON again for any plumbing issues and suggest anyone needing a plumber do as well.

First rate, very professional. Would not hesitate to call them again.

We had a plum king issue and called around 5:30pm Condy got here within less than 30 minutes and stayed until past 8pm working on fixing our plumbing issue. He provided a great service and I would definitely recommend anyone with plumbing issues to reach out to his business.

I’m posting this TONIGHT after Condy just left our home on Mother’s Day!! We had an emergency and after calling several plumbing businesses (large and small) who could not come out until tomorrow afternoon, or had to check with their on-call staff -
I contacted Icon Plumbing and was immediately met with professionalism by someone willing to come out to help TONIGHT. Condy asked for pics to help do an assessment and check for parts. He was here within an hour as quoted, and jumped right into action to fix our shower faucet that had been running for about two hours at that point. It would not shut off! Again, I cannot stress how professional and knowledgeable Condy was; explaining to us what caused the problem while he replaced the broken eroded part with the new piece he brought. His weekend/after hours fee was reasonable and worth every bit of his speedy response time…on a Sunday night. Did I mention it was Mother’s Day?!?! Thank you so very much Condy. I’ll definitely recommend you to others! God bless. KT and family

Will definitely use/recommend Icon Plumbing again! Called later in the evening, Condy texted when he was on the way and arrived in the 30 min he said he would.. unclogged my kitchen drain and is coming back to update the plumbing under my sink… Friendly, Professional, and prompt…

Would give 6 or 7 stars if able to. Called Icon yesterday evening after discovering a leak in my front flower bed, had to turn the water off to the entire house. Condy came out within 30 min, at 6pm. Let that sink in for a moment...how often can you find a plumber to come out within 30 min that doesn't ask you for a $250 emergency call fee. He showed up, diagnosed the problem in about two minutes and said he'd get to work. "I'll get this done tonight for you and have your water back on in a couple of hours." Turned out to be a leak about 4 feet down on the mainline to the house. He absolutely delivered, and the price was great, very competitive. Highly recommend Icon.

Condy is a great plumber. He’s helped me several times with various issues. This time was a simple faucet replacement but he came in and got it done probably within the hour. He’s fun to watch while he works. Check it out!
