Condy was great! He came on a Sunday a little over an hour after I called and replaced the previous owners shady outside faucet setup and made it good as new. Now I’m back in my wife’s good graces! Thanks again Condy, you’ll be our first call in the future.

Called after unsuccessfully trying to unclog a dual vanity. Opted for next day service to avoid an emergency call-out fee late at night. He arrived about 30 minutes after the appointment window the next morning, but he did text to apologize for running late. The repair was completed quickly. We would definitely call again, if needed.

Yesterday, 01-24-2025 at about 5:00 pm, the alarm on the pan to our “2009” hot water heater went off due to the tank leaking steadily and having had Condy’s phone number from a previous bathroom remodel, gave him a call. He offered to come right out and check it out, but I asked if I just texted him a picture of what we had if that would save the trip. So, shortly after sending the pictures, he called and offered to get a new one and install it that night. Talk about customer service at a fair price Condy of ICON Plumbing, had the old water heater removed and a new one up and running by 9:10 pm that night.

Icon Plumbing responds promptly and has reasonable prices. The work is done well and Condy is very professional and knowledgeable. Will call him for and future plumbing needs!

Had a plumbing problem and Icon was able to send Joe out to me quickly on a weekend. We found the issue in a main sewage line that was likely broken by a utility company putting in Internet fiber optics.

We got the lines cleared enough to use and will be putting a camera down to see if we can see if the line break is the utility companies fault so I can get that remedied.

I don’t have a good baseline for what plumbing should cost but for weekend work I felt the charge was reasonable. I’d recommend Icon for plumbing.

Icon Plumbing came out on the weekend to fix a long standing problem with our upstairs bathroom tub not draining. They worked to solve the problem with patience and professionalism throughout! My bathroom was flooded at midnight. I called KMP and Mansfield heating and plumbing and no one answered even though their website said 24 hr service. Then I called Icon plumbing and he was quick and responsive. He got to my house 20 mins later and resolved the clog in my pipes quickly. I’m so grateful that Icon picked up the phone🥰🥰

The price for the isolation test was less than every company in the DFW metroplex except one. The quality of service was wonderful and it was very clear that the owner is a very skilled individual. He found a missing clean out in under a minute. I was surprised by his cost to repair so much that I had to deduct a star from this review.

Unlike most people I call between 50-100 companies to figure out the best price possible. The highest three quotes were $21K, $30K, and $40K and this company was among these three. The guy that won the bid came in under $13K and while that’s still a bit high, my time was short considering everything.

We had an emergency leak, and they were kind enough to take my calls in the middle of the night to solve an immediate situation, and Joe was out after some hours to help us with our faucet issue, he did a good job and walked me through what the issues were and was kind enough to give recommendations as well. And he was quick/professional as well. Thanks a lot once again you guys!

Huge thanks to Icon Plumbing for coming out right before the winter storm to fix a leaking outdoor spigot. It was cold, rainy, and last minute, but they still showed up and took care of it quickly. Great service, great attitude—highly recommend!

I have been extremely pleased with my interactions with Cool Hand Electric. I highly recommend them and their services. Shiloh and Colton came out to originally install AFCI, but, to be honest, I didn't know what that was and that it could cost $5000. Cool Hand patiently spoke with the realtor and buyer to explain the situation, and I'm very thankful for their time and patience.

I have nothing but praise to sing about Cool Hand Electric! I found myself in an emergency situation with a faulty plug that had burn marks in my home. Shiloh and Daniel was able to get me in same day to fix the issue! They truly went above and beyond making sure my home was safe with a full safety inspection to ensure there wasn't another issues that may have caused the problem or be an issue later on. Between Shiloh, Daniel and Kanyon they really got my house whipped into shape with some upgrades, new outlets etc. These guys were very professional, explained everything throughly and truly cared about our situation and most of all our safety!
