Had a couple repairs over the years of owning my home. Cool Hand is awesome and efficient. Shiloh (electrician) and Rebecca (works in office) excellent would return just due to them alone.

Tory replaced 2 switches for us and did an incredible job. He was right on time, polite, and cleaned up after the very little mess he made. I highly recommend Cool Hand Electric. We are a repeat customer and I'm sure if something else comes up, we'll call them again. Great company!

I called Cool hand electric and my service man's name was Tory.. I was at my Wit's end when Tory got there. He showed me what I needed and help me with my payment plan... he is such a wonderful young man..he is so kind and courteous... He got things done just as quickly as he could.. he explained everything to me.. it was just an all-around wonderful experience.. Cool hand is a wonderful company... A highly recommend them..

Jonathan Firm and Kanyon did an excellent and thorough job with my electrical install I would use their skills any time I have a problem. They are very professional and made sure that I understood what they were doing. A great job!

Jonathan and Canyon fixed the outlet attached to our garbage disposal. They were very quick and efficient, As well as very personal and kind. At one point, Jonathan had to run to Home Depot for a new Light switch and offered to get me a drink while he was out. 10 out of 10 would use again.

If I had to sum up Cool Hand Electric and their service in just three words, I would say patient, thorough and genuine. I could tell within the first few minutes of speaking with them that I could place my trust in them and what they do. I was reassured even more along the way. They really take the time to explain their services, what they offer and they are sure to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. I don't think I ever felt rushed or pressured at all. I'm sure I asked the same questions several times, and they didn't mind at all to answer them again.

They're truly upfront with the costs of the services and they sincerely look to get you the best deal. Then their work matches right along with what they say. A cherry on top for me is they are a Christian based company and community. If you're looking for an electrician company that you can trust and sincerely looks out for you, be sure to consider Cool Hand Electric. You'll be in good, or should I say, cool hands. Ok a bit lame, but you get what I mean.

Jonathan and Kanyon came to install a whole home surge protector and surge protector on my outdoor AC. They worked quickly and professionally. I have been very impressed with them and Cool Hand Electric.

Cool Hand Electric is wonderful. Tory and sidekick came out not once but twice today. I had picked up the wrong fans for down rod use. Tory showed me what to look for so I could exchanged the 4 fans. He told me when I got them to call and get back on the schedule. Got back on for Monday but received a call saying he could be at my house around 4. They arrived started over putting in the fans..I was sure happy about getting them installed . This is what customer service is all about to me! Got fans done, cleaned up any mess they made and 5 star service all the way

My overall experience with Cool Hand Electric was very positive. For the initial inspection and report, Shilo was timely, courteous, and thorough. He made sure my husband and I understood our options. On the day of the service, Shilo and Patrick completed the task with the utmost professionalism.

Tory and Daniel came today to swap out a fan and two entry way chandeliers. They also installed 3 new fans. They were professional and friendly from the moment they arrived until they left. They assembled, installed and cleaned up after they were done. They paid attention to detail, collaborated together on some challenging aspects of the install and were positive the whole time. I will actually request them in the future when I have more needs. Great job!

Professional evaluation of my homes electrical status (breaker box, wiring, etc ) was both thorough and exceptional. Shiloh did a fantastic job providing several options to meet our electrical needs. From the first person you talk to at Cool Hand til the job is complete you will feel confident that you made the right choice by placing your home in their care. Great staff and great technicians! They treat you like family, and you can take that to the bank!!

Always appreciate the service and quality Cool Hands provides. Miguel and Shiloh where my technicians this time and they did a great job. Also got my kitchen dome lights replaced by them which was a great suprise and boon because I was dreading doing it myself.

Shiloh was punctual and professional. He explained the potential aging equipment issues, plus the history of when and why residential codes have changed over the many years since our house was built. Bella and Rebecca were both helpful scheduling our appointment since I had to reschedule and pointing out that we had not had an Electrical Service Evaluation this year with our annual contract. Their work with our kitchen remodel was excellent so if we need more work or maintenance done, I will be calling on them.

Fantastic process and service from start to finish. Bella was phenomenal getting everything set up and reaching out beforehand.
