I cannot praise Shiloh Gill, Miguel Rosas, Kanyon Spalding, and Bella from Cool Hand Electric enough. They did an outstanding, efficient job of replacing my electrical panel and updating several outlets, and couldn’t have been more kind and friendly in the process. Their work was thorough, with great communication throughout. I very highly recommend them and Cool Hand Electric!!

Jonathan Firm provided fantastic, professional service. Jonathan was very knowledgeable giving us options from basic to premium work in addition to payment options. He explained each step and answered all our questions. He and Miguel Rosas worked very hard to complete the job quickly. I could tell they both took pride in their work. They were very neat and tidy. Thank you Jonathan and Miguel for the excellent customer service and going the extra mile to complete my premium electrical project.

No doubt, this will be my go to company for my electric, heating, and AC repair. Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the electrical field. I had an electrician come to my home for a safety evaluation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection, taking the time to carefully explain everything he was checking and why it mattered. I recently needed to have my high ceiling light bulbs changed so I put in a service request through Home Depot. Luckily, Bella, from Cool Hand Electric reached out the following day and was actually able to squeeze my job in the very next day! Bella graciously worked with my schedule and was able to get Shiloh out to complete the work. Bella and Shiloh were extremely personable and professional. I would use them again for any of my electrical needs.

I emailed late Monday to request an estimate from Cool Hand Electric on an EV plug install. I received a call that evening about my inquiry and they were able to get an electrician (Shiloh) out first thing the next morning, even with the cold weather.

Shiloh was the consummate professional, explaining different options I could have with my setup and even noticed that my breaker box was one of the brands potentially on recall. He validated that my box was good and walked me through different price points for the services he could provide.

He answered all my questions and suggestions and kept me inform in the latest in electrical code for my property. After selecting the way forward, he was thorough in his work and completed it in rapid manner at an affordable price! Definitely recommend Shiloh and Cool Hand again!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Sales - 3/5, installation 1/5, Cystomer Service 1/5. Quality - 1/5.

Designers selected in Jan and contract signed. Sales person said he would make small touch ups so the closet reflected what I wanted. I had to call after the fact to get those changed once the contract came through. Inconvenient and lazy.

My closet was supposed to be installed in March. A two day job which took a total of six hours could have been done In one day. Installer left 4 hours in at 2:30. Came back the next day. Tried to say he was done but we called out all the missing elements, pull down rack, two sections, shelves, bars, drawer handles. Then the man told me to inventory what he didn’t install. Idk if it was lack of u understanding or laziness but also, why are you asking the customer which parts on your documents are missing?

Customer service is pisspoor. Shayla and Joy never know what is going on. I was supposed to get a call the Monday after the failed installation with what pieces were ordered and was told they’d be fast tracked so I wouldn’t have to wait another six weeks. Haven’t heard from them. Shayla has never called me back, never answered an email. When I did get a hold of someone JOY assured me her or Shayla would look into it. I have called probably 15 times and level several voicemails and neither one of them have called back. Today I called corporate. They transfer me back to them after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer) only for Joy to ask me what was missing then told me she has no idea when my order is coming I.

If you don’t know what’s missing, what did you order?

I’ve now been charged full price on this since Feb and it’s missing. They won’t discuss compensation until it’s installed. Sounds like a scam to me! For the price, quality and service, it is not worth the effort.

From the very first phone call to the owner, Juan, to the Service Manager, Gary Beck who came out and inspected my home. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time walking me through my home and the process Airoot follows to guarantee all of my issues would be resolved. Incredible incredible knowledge! Then there is actual crew that comes out. Steven, Anthonio, Carolina, Jose and Yasmani were my team. IMPECCABLE is the only word to use. I have been renovation our home for four years and this crew was hands down the best employees I have aver experience … EVER! They pay attention to every detail and are so very thorough. They are smart and kind and just wonderful to have in your home doing this work, I just cannot recommend this company enough for the work that they do and the employees that they hire.
