The cleaners were respectful and did a great job. it was a construction clean so they had to do wet wiping on the walls and ceiling. They tried to dry mop, but it was not getting it, so they happily went back over the walls to make sure it was clean. I would recommend them.

Ana/Anna did a great job cleaning my old house for a move out clean. this is the first time i've hired E&R cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Marcio also has wonderful customer service and was always communicating with me during the booking process.

Don't let the fake reviews here fool you! Horrible. HORRIBLE service!!! They made an appointment with me, and then never bothered to show up!

Here is what I finally sent them:

"Per our agreement below, you were supposed to be here at 10:00 AM today. It is now almost 10:15 AM, and there’s no one here. No one has even called to say they are on their way here. Even worse, when I called you in advance of the appointment to let you know what was happening, you tried to justify your LIE by telling me something about terms and conditions (even though there’s nothing in what you sent me about you being late, or showing up whenever you feel like it),

"As bad as all of this is, it’s not even the worst part.  When I pointed anll of this out to you, YOU WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME rather than admitting you screwed up!  Nothing about trying to make it right AT ALL!!!

*So, it should come as no shock to you when I say YOU'RE FIRED!! Additionally, after leaving this review for you, I will be going out of my way to make sure that all of my friends and neighbors know to never hire your lying incompetent service!"
