We hired them to clean our offices, and they did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to their high standards. Even so much so that after he asked me to do a walk-through, he caught something I missed and promptly went to get supplies to clean the spot that was missed. Great folks!

So I reached out and asked for a quote, not only did I have a fast response with a detailed list of everything included in the package (I asked for a deep clean of a 900 sf) and truly was blown away. I saw exactly what I paid for. They spent about 5 hours really making sure down to every detail was taken care of. I feel a huge weight off my shoulders and I am now considering to use them more often. The team that came out were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they very thorough but kind to my elderly dog and cats. I am truly happy overall. If you are looking for a seriously clean home with no overpowering smells, this is the company. I absolutely recommend!

We love E& R Cleaning services. They have been with us for over a decade. They are trustworthy, their team is excellent and the work is very well done. I have referred them to many others who have also found their work very good. They do complete house cleaning, and if you need things like laundry and sheets washed and changed, they charge a little extra but totally worth it! We employed this service at the beginning of September. We were originally planning to have a deep clean but ended up with a traditional cleaning instead. The customer service team was great and the housekeeper did her best.

Unfortunately, we felt as though the service provided could have been simply done by us alone rather than outsourcing it. Ultimately, we noticed several stains on the kitchen and bathroom surfaces and everything else “looked” untouched. I believe she did her best but unfortunately it wasn’t satisfactory for us. The only reason we’re rating it 4 stars is due to the concierge type service we received from the customer service rep which is unheard of these days.

The two Cleaning technicians did a very good job, very professional and great attitudes.
Deep cleaning took longer than estimated so we were charged additional amount for time. We were given pictures and an explanation.
We are used to a fixed agreed price with past cleaning providers for home cleaning services and budget accordingly.
Again the cleaning crew was very good. Overall they did a very good job and very positive attitudes.

This was my very first experience with a cleaning service (deep clean). Anita was awesome! Everything was done to expectations. When she was finished, she asked for us to do a "walk through" to make sure it was done to my expectations. I asked for a couple more items to be completed and she was on it, no questions asked. She was very kind and personable when I had questions. Job well done and I will be requesting her the next time.

We've used several different cleaners in the DFW area and have always been left disappointed. We recently got a deep clean from a different company, and they didn't even clean the toilet. Sparkly Maids came in and exceeded all expectations. They even cleaned way more things than advertised for a deep clean. I have never seen a cleaning crew be so thorough. We are in love now with Sparkly Maids and will never go back to other companies.

Sparkly Maids did a fantastic job on an incredibly difficult clean! We needed an apartment unit cleaned, and cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, floors needed special attention. Guadalupe and Julieta were on time and worked so hard. We were extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely call them again for our cleaning needs!

This is the first time I've used an online service for booking a maid, and Sparkly Maids was great. Denise was excellent, even got out the tough dog hairs on my couch. She made sure I was happy with the job, and quickly touched up anything I found. Scheduling was quick and easy, I'll definitely use them again!

The ladies were nice and capable. They didn't speak English so we used a translator app that seemed to work fine. They cleaned things that haven't been touched for awhile.

I scheduled Sparkly Maid service to clean my home on Friday morning. I chose a time slot from 9 AM until till 10 AM for their arrival. At 10:30 AM, I got a call from the maids to tell me that they were running late. By that time, I had already canceled their service for this week and all subsequent weeks. If you’re going to be late, you call within the window to say you’re going to be late. You don’t call 30 minutes after the window to say you’re going to be late. I’m paying you for service. You will be on time. If they need a larger window to be on time, then their service should provide larger windows. It’s not my fault that the window they provide is one hour wide. After canceling their service they debited my bank account not once but twice for their service. So I paid $900 for a cleaning service I never received. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank and I’m sure it will be refunded, but I am advising anyone reading this to steer well clear of this cleaning service. They are not professional. They are not on time. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them.

I found sparkly Maids on Google and they had great reviews. Upon contacting them booking was very easy. I needed a deep clean on my house. They provided to Maids who did an exceptional job over five and a half hours. It was no small feat for sure. I'm extremely happy with the results and I will continue to use their services.
