Very easy to schedule and reschedule, they give plenty of reminders and was very professional. The maid did a good job, however the service could have been completed more efficiently when you have a deep clean with two people for my home instead of one. But I would recommend them and I will use there service again and she did a good job with the cleaning

Excellent! Fast without missing anything, and very accommodating. I was trying to move out and stay out of her way, and she was very helpful. The place looked wonderful after she finished.

I spoke on the phone with Anatole to schedule the service, and he was very helpful in getting me EXACTLY what I needed! He even made sure to include their current discount into the bill. We had Maria’s team come to clean, and they did a great job! They did put the blankets on the floor when they made the bed which I wasn’t crazy about as we then had to wash them, but the house looked and smelled great when they were done. And they organized as they went, and were very efficient. I’m more than happy with the service! We would definitely call them again

What a service! Not only were we appreciative of this company for accommodating our last minute request for the deep cleaning services, but we were amazed with how the services turned out! Frank and Maria from Sparkly maids did a super job of deep cleaning our big house - they meticulously worked on every space and did not rush through their work. They were punctual, very courteous and asked us to double check the spaces as they got done to ensure things were to our satisfaction. We couldn't point out anything that was amiss.
It initially did feel that the price was expensive for a deep clean, however, with the amount and the quality of work and the hours put in by them, it seemed totally justified!
We were extremely happy with them and the services they rendered - would most definitely recommend this business and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Wow! This was our first time booking a “Move In” package with Sparkly Maids. We were able to move into a our home on a Saturday and we were looking for a cleaning service on Sunday before we moved in all of our belongings. I searched through several cleaning services and Sparkly Maids got back to me promptly, gave me a quote quickly over the phone and was able to fit us in the next day on a Sunday! We have a 3100+ Sq Ft home and the previous tenants had a dog, so our major concerns were to have pet hair cleaned up and kitchen cabinets cleaned inside and out as well as a deep clean of bathrooms and a standard cleaning throughout the house. Our cleaner, Dalila, did a such a thorough job throughout the entire home. We were not home during the cleaning, but I received text notification that she arrived during the time specified and stayed for several hours because we came back to the home for a quick stop by and I was able to meet her and could tell she was working hard! I simply could not have done this on my own with a busy family schedule and a mom of 3 little kids (including a new baby)! We were so blessed by Dalila’s hard work because now we can move in with peace of mind and have the time to focus on making our new place feel like home. We are so thankful for Sparkly Maids and their availability to fit us in so quickly and, of course, for our cleaner!

From the sparkling clean bathrooms to the shiny sanitized kitchen, Sparkly Maid provides excellent cleaning services. Isara did a magnificently fabulous job and went above and beyond in caring for our home. It was not until she was done did I realize that she was part of management! SparklyMaids did a great job on move-out cleaning for my old small one-bedroom apartment. It was affordable around $115 for a full clean. Thank you! However, since I was so impressed, I called again the next day to schedule ONLY mopping at my new apartment (same size one bedroom). For just mopping a very small apartment, they quoted me the exact same fee, same as move-out clean. $115 just for mopping? It would take me less than 30 minutes to mop myself, but they require a 2-hr minimum. It will not take two people to mop a small apartment for two hours. So I canceled and I'll mop myself. I'm happy with the move-out clean, not so happy with individual small cleaning fees, like just mopping.

Eswar and his team did a wonderful job doing the Deep Cleaning. Very happy to see the squeaky clean home on our return!

The housekeeper from Sparkly Maids did an amazing job cleaning my previous townhome for move-out! We even had trouble with electricity in our building and she was still able to do an incredible job cleaning the home, which we really appreciated! I would recommend Sparkly Maids.

From start to finish, Kristine made the process seamless—she was a pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive, and scheduled the cleaning quickly. We were quoted a price for 1 cleaner to come and charged another due to the cleaner bringing help. Not sure if this is common practice in Texas, but the issue is we weren't informed before the service that the extra person would be an additional fee. The company did acknowledge the discrepancy in the quote, but failed to acknowledge it as a deceptive business practice or offer a suitable solution, as the customer should be made aware of changes that are going to affect the final balance. The cleaners said they'd need extra time so the company did call to verify that with me. It took 2.5 hours to do bathrooms and kitchen which wasn't bad timing. My suggestion for the Company would be to make the customer aware beforehand to avoid unexpected charges. A simple phone call before the service and asking if I wanted the change at an additional charge would have been nice. We won't be utilizing this service again.

Update: I love how below the owner tried to justify that I was charged for what was booked when I have an email from the company stating they messed up so try to clean up improper communication all you can. You won't gain customers by trying to argue a customer's experience of your company. If people see you are unwilling to take accountability for what may have been a one off with a simple "my bad" it shows huge immaturity on your part and bad business practice. I was indeed unexpectedly charged and that's that. This horrible response warrants an even lower rating. My review was never to bash, simply to say this process could have been handled differently. You have a blessed day
