I am very thankful for My Maid Service. The office staff have been easy to work with as I have had to change my dates frequently due to family illnesses. Debbie is the best! She cares, is helpful if I need a small change and is the happiest hard worker there is!

My Maid McKinney is FANTASTIC. We had Haley out today and she was INCREDIBLE as usual. They are so easy to work with and always find ways to go above and beyond with their services. I will gladly continue to use them on a consistent basis.

The front staff is always friendly and helpful; the owners are involved and also super nice. We’ve used our technician Gayla for a long time - she goes above and beyond with her work. We’ve been with my maid service on a bi-weekly visit for a few months. Everything has been great. If you like things done a particular way, or certain cleaners used/not used, just tell them. Our tech is Sam and she is great and always on time!

My Maid Service (Patty) did the best cleaning job I've ever had at my home in Melissa, TX, especially for how dirty my place was to start with. I have 3 full-time in-house furbabies and they make it very hard to ever see the whole place clean in the same hour or even the same day. I loved it so much that I sure hope I can keep this service every 2 weeks.

Patty was punctual, very nice, worked hard and arranged her schedule to stay longer in order to get it done to her standards. Office staff is exceptional as well!! Everyone does their best to accommodate and be helpful!

We have used my maid service for about a year now and we are very happy with their services. I have used other cleaning services before and was not happy with the thoroughness of the job, but with my maid service I am always so happy with their work! Kyleigh is our regular cleaning tech and she is wonderful! She always asks if there’s anything she can do differently and I appreciate her openness to feedback (although I usually have none!).

I've been with My Maid Service for years, and in two different houses. Everyone who has come has been delightful and hard working, and the office is wonderful about staying in contact (if schedules change, or a different person will be coming, etc.) They are quick to respond to anything that does happen, like an accidentally broken item at my house. And Laurie will even give my dog a treat if I leave them out for her! I highly recommend this company.

We could not be more pleased with 'My Maid Service! We've had Debbie Mcelyea cleaning our house twice a month for the last 10 years, and she does a wonderful job. I really like that after each service, we are asked to rate the cleaning. I think that keeps everyone conscientious and trying to do their best. Whenever Debbie can't come (which is rarely) we've been very happy with the folks they send to sub. If you need a reliable, efficient, cleaning service, this is the one!!

Lori has done amazing work for us for over 4 years. I can set my watch by her knock on the door at exactly 8:00 AM every other Friday. She never fails to ask if there is anything else she can do before she leaves. On the few occasions when Lori is on vacation my experience has also be great with the substitute the company sends. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with My Maid Service.
