Val cleaned our house and did a terrific job. She was super efficient! A great communicator and the house looked great after she was done. Will be using this service again in the future!

Lemon Blossom Cleaning has been a saving grace during my pregnancy and the newborn stage! My house looks amazing after they clean and I love that it doesn’t smell super strong of cleaning chemicals when they are done. I recommend them to everyone!!!

They did a phenomenal job! The cleaning job was incredible - even with us still living in the house right now, after they were done it looks like it did they day we moved in. I also greatly appreciated their honesty. I had to be gone during the clean and when they left, they followed the exact same instructions I gave on how they got in without me having to tell them. I was able to take care of what I needed without having to worry about people I didn’t know in our house with our things. Lauren at the front desk was so nice and transparent on pricing (which is competitive versus other companies). I will definitely refer them, and use them for our final move out clean when the house sells. Thank you Lemon Blossom Cleaning Service!

Wow! In one afternoon, Emiley and Penny deep cleaned the entire house, 4 baths, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, and more and it is beautiful and spotless. Everything looks perfect. Hasn't been this clean in years. Years worth of dust and dirt gone. Supervisor stopped by at the end to inspect and double check. Best cleaning ever. Highly recommended.

The cleaning service was horrible, we discovered corners of some of our rooms that had clearly not been touched. The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned either. I have a free standing tub and they only cleaned the floor in front of it and not the sides. I'm glad that I was home during the cleaning because I had to have them go back out to their car to get the vacuum that had already been put away because they didn't vacuum in multiple rooms and thought I didn't realize it. I would not recommend them. I spent a lot of money for sub par service. Maybe the girls should stay off of their cell phones as well.

I contacted Lemon Blossom Cleaning to do a thorough deep cleaning of my elderly father’s apartment. They gave me a quote and he was scheduled within 3 days. They showed up promptly and did an outstanding job! My dad said it’s never looked cleaner. Their communication was very helpful, texting me leading up to the cleaning and when they were done. Highly recommend!

For the most part, the cleans are thorough and great. In the last few months, I've had to go back over the work before they leave to make sure everything is done (it usually was).
We just had a second issue with an incomplete cleaning, and the owner called to check in with us on a Sunday. I'm happy with the quick reply and the plan to fix things moving forward. -
Amanda and Crystal were absolutely amazing. They were so professional. They arrived on time and cleaned the entire house beautifully. They were so thorough. They moved things around to wipe under and around them. They even let my six-year-old ask them 1 million questions without getting frustrated. This was my first cleaning, and I was a little nervous and felt a little guilty but they were super encouraging and courteous. I will definitely be inviting them back on a regular basis, and certainly will be using Crystal and Amanda!! Thank you so much!

Brianna and Rebecca were exception! I have never used a cleaning service before but was feeling completely overwhelmed between the dust, dirt and dog hair (we have 3 large dogs). The ladies were prompt, communicative and did an excellent job. It was such a weight off of my shoulders and has allowed me to focus on more important things. I should have done this years ago and am so looking forward to my recurring services moving forward. Brianna and Rebecca have helped me love my house again.

I have hired Lemon Blossom Cleaning company several times and each time it gets better and better. Their employees are thoroughly trained and do such an outstanding job. My two favorites are Phelicia and Brianna, who have gone above and beyond what my expectations were.
You will not be disappointed by using this company. The rates are reasonable as well. -
I booked for a 3 hour priority cleaning with Lemon Blossom, the process was easy to book and everything worked out seamlessly. Abby did a phenomenal job cleaning my house and I will be using the services again soon.

Penny, Val & Angela did an AMAZING job at my house yesterday. They worked really hard to get my boys bathrooms cleaned, and I know that was not FUN, but I do really and truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend this team to come and clean and do a really thorough job on your house. Our master bathroom looks phenomenal and my kitchen and living rooms look great too! I wish it could look like this every day, so I will just have to hire them to come back again next month. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of using Lemon Blossom Cleaners, and I cannot say enough great things about Bernice! I booked their three-hour priority cleaning package, and Bernice completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did she thoroughly clean the bathrooms, but she went above and beyond by completing every area on my list — all in under three hours! I was honestly amazed at how efficient and detailed she was. My bathroom looks brand new, sparkling like we had just moved in. It's such a refreshing feeling to walk into a space so perfectly clean. Plus, a huge perk for me is how there’s no lingering chemical fragrance in the air since they use natural products! I will definitely be using this cleaning service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch, thorough cleaning. Bernice, you are a star! Thank you for your amazing work! (I would post comparison photos if only I had remembered to take photos before the cleaning!)

Hi everyone. I paid for a deep clean which was going to initially cost 450 due to square footage. Still super high but so wanted a thorough clean and thought I'd give it a shot. They sent three people. My master bath looked awesome. They couldn't clean upstairs as a couch was delivered the day before and the movers set it on the stairs as they needed more labor to get it up the steps. Now to the cleaning.. my hard word floor was unbelievable. I expected a vacuum and mop with disinfectant. I saw the young lady spray a few drops and use a swiffer.. when I started looking closely, the doors were not wiped down, the skirting boards were dirty. I opened my clothes rack where I store peoples coats and shoes when they visit and it was dirty. I sent her pics and she agreed it was a shoddy job but she cannot give partial refunds. She offered 25 dollars off the next clean . I will not rebook.

Less than stellar experience after getting yelled at by the owner when I said I wasn't satisfied with my cleaning. $420 for an initial cleaning when I signed up for a bi-weekly service, even though it's no different than the standard cleaning, it's just because it's the first time they cleaned it (this is $100 more than the bi-weekly service I signed up for). When I first spoke to the representative when talking through cost and what I would receive she used the word "deep clean" and that was not the case, she meant it's an initial clean at the same level as the other services. The customer service was good upfront when I scheduled and there were areas of my home that were very good.
The bad outweighed the good during the initial cleaning and it's all I could focus on. The team knocked over my picture frame and left it face down in the entry hallway, left a bottle of cleaning supplies, smudges on the refrigerator, dirty countertops, grime in the sink, areas of the floor were still dirty amongst other things (and that was just the kitchen and 1 bathroom). These are minor, but I paid for a service so I wouldn't have to clean them and still had to. It's very clear there aren't quality checks or check sheets that they complete to ensure nothing is missed.
After I rightfully so - gave feedback, I was told that the only option according to the policy (a policy not provided to the customer either through website or when setting up the service) is they will comeback to clean the areas I'm responsible for identifying as not being satisfactory.
I declined because it's 100 degrees out and i'm 10 months pregnant with my 2 kids that would have to leave the home or be confined to a room so they could go back through the house and that I would have to do the work of finding areas they missed. I asked to be accommodated and pay the standard rate which would be $320. I was told no and that the only option is coming back. The owner was nothing short of argumentative, said I was being too picky, cut me off and told me that I'm talking too much, and yelled at me on the phone when trying to tell my side. I was told cleaners are humans and make mistakes and I was being unreasonable - but i'm not sure how paying $320 for unfinished service is unreasonable.
I took pictures right when I walked through the door (and have timestamps) and was accused of my kids making the messes in the pictures between the 5 minutes I walked in the door and started inspecting service. I didn't correct her, but it was only me walking through the door when I came home. I hadn't picked my kids up yet which I would have by the time they came back to re-clean areas.
They said they have pictures that show differently when I first called, and I asked them to send the pictures to which they declined. I was also told that cleaning is subjective and what I consider clean others may not - which is completely fair - but in this case it's things that are I would hope there would be agreement that it's not clean.
My posting isn't to belittle the cleaners and their effort, it's to inform others of the policy not exposed to customers upfront or in writing on their website and if you aren't willing to accept the policy, the treatment you will get by the owner. I received a text while writing this from the owner being professional and refunding $50, but this isn't reflective of who I spoke to on the phone and how I was treated.
(The initial girl I talked to I think Andrea? was very sweet even after showing my annoyance with the level of cleaning). -
Scheduled a move out cleaning for a 1 bdrm apt. They were supposed to be here from 8-12. I left to run errands around 930. Got back at 1130 and they had left. I had to do another hour of cleaning because they missed basic things. Wiping down a wall in the bathroom, the drawer under the oven, the entire living and dining room blinds were still dirty, the coat closet was missed. The island counter top was dirty. I asked them to sweep the patio and that wasn't done. I called to tell them and they said they had sent another 2 people to clean because the 1st cleaner had to go to her second job. So it took 3 people to clean this place and I STILL had to clean? They said they could send them back around 4 pm to finish. I can't sit in an empty apt for 4 hours with kids and pets to take care of. I hired these people to do the cleaning so I didn't have to. Disappointed.

Horrible service for house cleaning. I was told 2 ladies would come for 4 hours and 3 ladies showed up. One of them was elderly lady (with all due respect she could not do much)and they said they will clean only for 2 hours. They did not even stay for the entire 2 hours. Very unhappy with the service.
Unfortunately I had already paid for and scheduled window cleaning and so had to go with them 2nd time. The person who came did a decent job but has broken a piece of alarm sensor on one of the windows and also broke a window blind.
Will never use this service. I am giving 1 star as they do not allow me to post this else no stars at all for this company. -
Based on previous work, I was a repeat customer.
Making the appointment was quick and easy online. Their prices are average for the service. They showed up on time. It goes down hill from here.....
They literally scratched my windows!!! First they tried to blame the dog, who is small, 17 years old, blind and deaf. When I pointed out scratches that were too high even for a young, energetic dog, they just looked at me. Finally, I showed them a massive amount of scratches at eye level, on a full pane door that I had just had installed....A BRAND NEW DOOR WITH BRAND NEW GLASS..... That's when they called the owner.
The owner showed up, looked at the damage and immediately started saying they didn't do it; I insisted they did. Had just one window been damaged, then perhaps who did it would have been questionable, but many windows were scratched and in particular the brand new one was very damaged, with the same kind of scratch markings, so it clearly pointed to them as inadvertently causing that damage. We went back and forth about it several times; the conversation was calm and rational. He asked me what I wanted to settle this and I said I wanted recompensed for the door so I could replace the glass or the door, (which ever was cheaper). The other scratched windows I'd let slide as they scratches were low and not that noticable. (The scratches on the new door were all at eye level)
At that point, he said he was calling the police. I didn't think I heard him correctly, so I asked him again....and he repeated that he was going to call the police. I looked at him in disbelief and asked him why. (wouldn't you have???) He said he was filing a report with the police since we disagreed on what happened. I told him that this was their damage and what did the police have to do with it, to which again he replied that he was calling the police. I stared at him in disbelief; had he said he was calling his insurance company, I would have understood and appreciated it, but he was going to call the police!!!!
I told him, "Fine, call them." I I literally escorted him to the door and told him to 'get out'. I was calm and rational; I was in a complete state of shock. They damaged my property and they are calling the police! My head was spinning. This was a simple customer service issue, that his people created and he was shifting the blame to me as if I was the crooked one. Did he think this form of intimidation was going to scare me into changing my claim?
Well, folks, he did, indeed, call the police~~HE CALLED THE POLICE..... he literally called the police, who showed up to take a report. Even the officer was shaking his head. When I asked him why the police were involved, he said he didn't know, that he was just doing his job and getting both sides of the story. He took the report, I apologized for wasting his time and public resources, still not fully understanding what had just transpired. His best guess was that the owner would try to take it to court, saying I defrauded them by not paying the bill which was:
1. never presented
2. nor was the job completed and
3. they damaged my property.
I'd include pictures if there was a way....
My thoughts.......the owner clearly knew they had damaged the glass and was trying to deflect and shift the focus back on to me so I would back down.
Crooked, crooked, crooked. What ever happened to integrity??? I am so disappointed in such behavior....and a week before Christmas, too! -
Very unhappy, it's unfortunate. I had an appointment, no one showed up until 30 minutes after, they had back to back jobs( i don't blame the cleaners, the managers i do for not communicating). I called and left a message and didn't receive a call back. I apologized to the ladies that called and i said i had to get back to work, my appointment was 30 minutes ago. I decided to call back 5 hours later since i didn't get a call back. The owner/manager hung up on me, i called back and asked why he did that and had to be rude. He told me they weren't the right company for me. He's right, they are not. I am a very good customer and client but I don't want a company being disrespectful.

The service was very good. Crew arrived on time, were professional and polite. My problem is with the pricing. You posted this service as a "big deal" for $120. I purchased it. The very next week (before the crew even came out to my house) you posted the very same service for $99! When I contacted Angies List they told me that I could cancel the 120 amount and receive the service for 99. Since then they have responded that you would not agree to the service for the lesser amount because I had already purchased it at the greater amount. I think that this is extremely poor business practive on your part - and on the part of Angies List. I will not use your service again.

Amazing!!! I signed up for the deep cleaning. Four lovely folks showed up and one of the ladies concentrated on the floorboards. The work was done in a professional manner and done to perfection ,including the final decrotive splash with the cushions. I will have these folks come back here to help me.
