Absolutely perfect! Love My Clean House did an amazing job on our windows and Juan and team were extremely courteous! We will definitely use again!

This maid service is mediocre at best. Very inconsistent and generally very slow to respond. I really enjoyed them initially but upon further examination of their cleanings, I noticed they were not doing as good as job as previous times. I responded to them multiple times to inform them about my disatisfaction, but nothing has been done. I'm tired of waiting and having to explain over and over again on what I need done or what my expectations are.

Your house cleaner, Asalia, on Fri. Sept. 2 was excellent. Next time i need your service I will definitely request her.She worked on her own because her assigned co-worker was out but Asalia (spelling?) was more than up to the task and did everything just as requested and went above and beyond with her courtesy and keen sense of how best to tackle every task. My house was cleaner than I have seen it in a long time. Thanks

Very unprofessional. The two ladies that came to clean talked the whole time whole time while "cleaning"

They did a very poor job and left about 1 hour before the 6 hours I purchased. (3 hours per person)

I reached out to the company the same day of service and they did not respond. With repeated attempts they continued to ignore the situation. I asked what they could do to resolve the issue and Juan simply said he would talk to the workers. I never heard back from Juan and was never offered for the workers to come back and fix the situation. When I emailed again for a refund, they responded very rudely.

Would not recommend them . Last week two ladies showed up to clean. They were working very slowly, checking the time every few minutes. And then would tell us we only have a few more mins, until we leave. Barely spoke English. In 3 hours, they barely cleaned our house and did not even listen to us. Very Rude! Plenty of other companies out there.

I've been using Love My Clean House for their carpet cleaning services for about 2 years now. I think this crew is pretty awesome and couldn't imagine using anyone else!!! Thank you for your awesomeness!

This company is very bad and unprofessional. Every time they cleaned, my wife found places they missed. Then they dropped us off of the cleaning schedule and we had to reschedule for days later. We had used them since Sept. 2015 when they dropped us off of the schedule. When I presented a poor review due to this, they sent an email saying that they did not want to clean our house anymore. Again, very bad and unprofessional and I would never recommend them.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t give zero stars or negative stars.

First, I scheduled my appointment online with them at 11:15, I did this because I needed to leave my house by 2 pm. I scheduled for a 5 hours cleaning which technically is a 2.5 hour cleaning with 2 people to equal 5 hours. They should’ve been done by 1:45 pm. When I got my confirmation email the day before, it said that they would be here by 12:00. So I called and spoke to a nasty girl on the phone. Very rude and condescending. I explained to her that my appointment was scheduled online for 11:15 and she said that the boss changed it to 12 because it was more convenient for them and they never bothered to call me to see if 12:00 was ok. They just changed it. So I asked her to have her boss call me. He did about 15 minutes later and told me that the girls were coming from Frisco and it would take them 55 minutes to get to me, so I told him that would be fine, but please call me next time and make sure it’s ok. I will change my other appointment to accommodate them. He also told me that in my emails, that it says the they have an hour before and an hour after my scheduled appointment to get here, so I said, so that means they could show up at 1 pm? He said no, they WILL be there at 12:00. Ok fine. So today I’m eating for them to show up and 12:10 comes and I call, the RUDE girl on the phone says, they have a window to get there, and I told her, no your boss said they WILL be there at 12:00, so she puts me on hold and calls the girls and then comes back and say, they are 7 minutes out. So that means they won’t be here until 12:20, 20 minutes late. I get off the phone with her and call the boss, he says, they have a window to get there and I reminded him that he said that they would be there on time at 12:00. He said that in my emails that it stated there is a window time frame. So I go back to all 4 of my emails that they sent and read them all back to him and there is NO time frame. They boss told me he was going to cancel my appointment and hung up on me. THEY DO NOT CARE TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CLIENTS AND A LITTLE WHILE AGO I FOUND OUT FROM A FORMER CLIENT THAT THEY DONT CLEAN WELL ANYWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Love My Clean House is a very professional and amazing company. The team they sent to clean my home in McKinney has my home looking and smelling brand new. I would recommend everyone use their services.

Unsatisfactory service. Paid for 4 hours of cleaning, 2 people, got hear a little late but only worked 3 hours. Think maybe I ended up paying for their lateness? House cleaning was just basic at the best, left windows and blinds all in disarray as if that would be fine...I guess up to me to straighten them out. Many things left in a disordered condition. Would not plan on using this service again.

I have been using LMCH for years for my home and business office. Their staff has always provided consistent services. These ladies are always delightful!

First time using this company and I was very impressed. This was a difficult clean after a major remodel and there was dust literally everywhere. They brought in extra help after they saw how much there was to clean and there was literally not a speck of dust left when they were done. Dust was on the walls, cabinets, shelves, baseboards, all over everywhere and they cleaned it all. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

"Love My Clean Home" has cleaned my home for over a year now and I am completely thrilled with their service everytime. As a professional with a large family, they are a tremendous help. The staff and owners are extremely accommodating and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and clear cut, there are never any surprises. If you are looking for a cleaning service, I recommend giving them a try.

Service starts out ok and price is good but quality declines. Several broken items that were never reimbursed. Used them loyally for a long time. Asked one question about my bill after receiving an automated notice that my invoice from the previous day's cleaning was paid. I hadn't personally paid it but sent them the notice I received that said it was paid, thinking my wife had paid it. I was threatened, told I wasn't paying invoices (100% untrue), treated like a criminal and scum of the earth by the owner.

"I bee calling you but you did not pick up the phone.
You know you have not paid that invoice, we don't have a credit card on file and you did NOT pay my employees on site.
SO how did you pay yesterday cleaning?
This invoice need to pay TODAY and I will not wait for you 7 to 15 day to pay like you are use to do.
If You have any questions please do NOT email me back or call the office, this need to be arranged between you and me personally

A few years ago I had my tall windows cleaned -- inside and out. "Love My Clean House" did such a fantastic job that I decided to use them again. They were as professional,thorough and considerate as they were years ago. I highly recommend "Love My Clean House."

Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced. They not only cleaned our gutters, they also removed a years accumulation of leaves and sticks from the eves of our house, AND they bagged the debris!
I love these guys and will certainly use them every year from now on.

This was my first time using Love My Clean House... As far as the cleaning, they did a great job. Everything was spotless, our floors looked good, and I was very pleased. Their pricing was also great! However, they were an hour late and called me an hour after they were already supposed to be there, to tell me they couldn't find the house. Something else that bothered me was that they rearranged several things in the house, some of which they put in different rooms. I understand having to move things around to clean, but not to the point where you're moving them from one location to the other, completely re-doing the way it was before. I would more than likely use them again, but I would definitely ask for another team to be sent out.

I am updating my previous positive review to reflect recent events. I have used this company in the past to clean my home, and have referred them to several friends, and recommended them on Nextdoor. A friend of mine used them to clean her house in Allen several times without incident, and recently hired them to clean her rent house in Dallas before her new tenants moved in. That is where the problem occurred. She booked a 5 hour cleaning (2.5 hours with a team of two). They did a crappy job, and were only there for an hour, but instead of complaining and potentially getting the maids in trouble, she decided to call the office and see if they would lower her rate, since they were only there for an hour. She called and spoke with two different females on two different occasions. Both of which told her they may knock $20 or so off her bill, but they would have to check with someone and call her back. She never received that call back. Several days later, she called again, and asked for Jonathan, the owner. She was told he would call her back. He did not. The next thing she knew, she had been sent a collections agency (only 10 days after the cleaning)!!! She again called and asked for Jonathan. Was told he was out of town, but explained the situation to someone claiming to be his uncle. He was unsympathetic, and basically told her she refused to pay, so she was sent to collections. She had NOT refused to pay! She had been trying to pay them ever since the cleaning! She did pay the bill right then and there, but long story short, this company dropped the ball on communication. I don't know if they didn't make the connection that this was an established client already, or if they just didn't care, but they have now lost 2 clients over this. I am a business owner myself, and would NEVER treat a client like this. I am retracting my recommendation on Nextdoor also, and am embarrassed I ever referred them to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done on my windows! I was looking out my patio windows and wondered when they were going to put the screen s back on until I looked closer. Then I realized the screens were so clean I could hardly see them and the windows were sparkling clean, too!

I have already recommended Juan to several friends and family.

Love to book on-line & see the schedule available, the girls usually do a wonderful job, they have been very good about calling if they are running behind or ahead. Overall I have been pleased but it's important to communicate what needs to be done. I would really like it if they focused more on the floors whether it be carpet, tile, or wood. I have recommended this Company to folks.

I had my windows cleaned by Love my Clean House for the first time. They did a great job inside and out. The two men put shoe covers over their shoes to be sure they didn't track any dirt into my house. I took advantage of their $99 special and I would use them again.
