All of the negative reviews for this company are LEGIT. I didn’t think it was even possible, whatever the owner responds to on this don’t fall for it or you’ll be sorry just like I am. While I understand the company had a confusion on my clean, the owner was rude when she said, “you got what you paid for.” Which was three hours of cleaning a master bed/bath, a hallway, stairs, half bath and full bath. They left my house still dirty because they didn’t make it clear I was supposed to say what I wanted in a certain order. Find another company. So unprofessional. I’m sure when she responds on here she will bring up my two dogs and two short hair cats and how the first clean was over 7hrs of clean and I should have been charged $300. I don’t mind paying for a job, but paying $160 for one person to spend three hours on my upstairs is insane. If I could attach a video I would. I shouldn’t have to clean after cleaning people left, which I now have to do.

Lemon Blossom came to my home to do a deluxe cleaning. They are the best service I have ever used to date. The girls were professional and sweet. Nothing was missed! They even had an inspector glove test the entire home before leaving. I will most certainly be using again! I have super high cleaning standards & they met them, and then some!

My little house has gone through several transitions over the years. Recently, I have become a mad woman in trying to declutter and organize my house. My reward was to have a deep cleaning by Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services. This is a three hour cleaning on my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Oh....My...Word!!! Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services surpassed my expectations! My ceiling fans have never looked so clean. Areas I did not expect to be cleaned were gleaming! I walked into a house that smelled clean without knocking me over with the overwhelming smell of bleach!
Now, I did get a sweet note that said my house needed more care than they realized. While some people might be put off by such a note, I totally understood because this was an overwhelming job, and yet they went above and beyond doing the very best job they could! I was still dealing with items from decluttering and never got to prep my house for Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services. Admit it, you too "clean your house" before you hire someone to clean, LOL! I probably should have waited before I asked Lemon Blossom for their wonderful help, but I was so excited, I just could not wait!!
This deep cleaning has helped me continue my declutter and organization project. My home is beautiful!
There are going to be some people who will say the money is too much, but you get what you pay for. You want quality? Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services is quality and worth every penny I spent. I will be using them again, and actually want to get on their scheduled cleaning.

Since I first called them Lemon Blossom has given me such a great service! Appointments are automatically registered and you get a reminder before in case you need to change it.

On cleaning day Jessica showed up on time and did a great job with our apartment! We also got a call the day after to double check everything was to our liking. Definitely feel taken care of by a reliable service.

Lemon Blossom did a deep clean for me shortly after we moved out of our home. The team arrived promptly which was very important for our schedule that day. The home was beautifully clean and the team did a great job. The work was done professionally and with an eye to detail. If Lemon Blossom services our new area, I look forward to hiring them again!!

We hired lemon blossom to clean our home a few weeks before our child was born, for a deep clean. We saw they had great reviews and was excited to try them out. Our house is well maintained.. we just wanted a professional service to come clean so that we didn’t have to deep clean our home in the final weeks of pregnancy/ getting ready for the baby to come. They quoted us $230 for a deep clean of our 1600 square foot home.. we thought this was a little pricey, but for a deep clean, probably worth it! Our home is a 3 bedroom home that we just moved into less than 6 months ago (2 of the bedrooms have never been used. One is a spare room that has nothing in it besides a few decor items we have not hung in our house yet. The other room is our nursery, that has only been used to set up the room and organize/clean/prepare for the baby's arrival).

The team got to the house at 12:30 and ended at about 4:00. Later, when inspecting the home.. it was very disappointing. The house just smelled like bleach, Didn’t smell nice and clean at all. The countertops still had sticky residue on parts of it. I swept the floor and it was shocking at how much was left. They left our toilet brush (the one you clean inside the toilet with) on top of our toilet.. along with our bath mat. They didn’t wipe down our sliding glass back door and baseboards were in the same condition as before they came (they advertise that baseboards would be wiped down). Overall, the cleaning was just not what we had expected based on the companies advertised "spring cleaning". When we reached out to the company to tell them that we did not get the service we paid for (a deep clean). They responded with “sorry the service didn’t meet your expectations. Our team did the best they could do.” And went on explaining their pricing and time the crew was there and said our home was more soiled than an “average soiled” home... since it took their crew so long and it still was “less than perfect”..

I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. You end up paying WAY too much for a basic cleaning job that was advertised as a deep/spring clean. If you have a home that is anything more than spotless, you probably will not qualify for a “average soiled” home with this company and will be disappointed in your service. I hate having to write this review, but we would not have hired them if we saw that others had this experience as well. Maybe we just caught them at an off time..

Our house desperately needed cleaning after we moved out several months ago and put it on the market. Bobbi at Lemon Blossom Cleaning was very friendly and helpful. Her team made two trips out to our house and took pictures so that we could see what a wonderful job they had done. The price of the cleaning was very reasonable for such an extraordinary and thorough job! Thank you!!!

Johanna is so professional and has great attention to detail. I’ve been using lemon blossom since May 2022 and each time Johanna is scheduled for my cleaning, everything is done well. Today Ashelyn was with her, and they made a great team without missing anything! They both were professional and did a great job. They were understanding of our dogs and our needs! The time spent saving on cleaning is priceless!

I couldn't have asked for a better cleaning experience. Very professional, and through. They have a very streamlined estimate process, fair prices and a very clear and concise set of expectations. They sent 3 cleaners to take care of my crazy overrun house. And at the end of the service they sent a separate person to do a quality control check. We are a very busy house, constantly working and dealing with the kids, cleaning always seems to be a real challenge. We just signed up for biweekly cleanings, and we are super excited about being able to enjoy a super clean house on a regular basis without having to spend hours and hours out of our already hectic schedules to get it accomplished.

I 100% recommend Lemon Blossom

This is the first time I've used a cleaning service, so I don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, they did a great job! I keep my home pretty clean, but I wanted a service to come in once a month to help with some of the areas I hate cleaning, namely the bathroom.

The team was here on time and super nice. I'm working from home, so I thought it would be a little odd being there, but that wasn't the case. Again, the three team members that took care of the job were very nice and personable.

What REALLY sold me, was the nice young lady who showed up once they were done to double check to make sure the job was up to their standards. I very much appreciated this as she pointed out a few items I didn't see.

This is my first experience with this this company, and I plan on using them once a month to supplement my cleaning.

Amazing!! I have a hard letting strangers in my house especially to clean because they go through the whole house. The two ladies that showed up were very professional and nice. They cleaned much more than I expected. The coffee pot, all the soap scum and hard water off the glass shower, mopped the entire house and even folded the toilet paper! They took all the garbage out and replaced the bags. This company is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you cleaning team!!!

Was recently looking for a reputable cleaning company to perform a deep, move-out clean. I found Lemon Blossom on google as they were located in McKinney. I’m glad I found them as dealing with Bobbie and her top notch crew was super painless. Not to mention the amazing job they did on the House. The crew was very polite and hardworking. I’ve had cleaning companies before where the crews were disinterested. That wasn’t the case with Bobbies crew at all. They worked diligently to ensure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Lemon Blossom.

Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services were absolutely fabulous. Our house had not been professionally cleaned in 7 years and the fine women that came to our house brought their A game and we couldn't be more pleased! Grace, Mandi, Carol and Eryn went above and beyond to get our house in tip top shape. I would highly recommend Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services. We can't wait to use them again and we will not let it go for 7 years! Yikes, it was bad! :)

Incredibly professional, and super friendly team. They were able to get me on their schedule in the time frame that I needed, and the cleaning crew did an awesome job. They were very organized about their approach to cleaning my home, and were thorough -- which totally exceeded my expectations. They take the time to find out information about your home, and cleaning goals to provide you with an accurate estimate. Moral of the story from those that gave this company a poor review -- be up front with the job that you need done, and you will get exactly what you were quoted. I'm very happy I finally decided to get a cleaning company to help maintain my home, and very excited that it was Lemon Blossom! Highly recommended.

Lemon Blossom cleaning did a great job with our move out clean! Moving is already so stressful that it was nice having Lemon Blossom there to get the house cleaned up so we could focus on getting everything moved to the new house. They cleaned everything we needed done and the house looked great! They were very nice on the phone when we were booking our services and Lauren was great to work with!

I can't recommend Lemon Blossom cleaning enough. They were responsive and friendly when scheduling and made sure to ask all the right questions. They were flexible with our schedule, the team led by Lotia was incredible, and Lotia did a spectacular job on our oven (it hadn't been cleaned in years and looked brand new!). They were all excellent communicators, friendly, and thorough. We will definitely be scheduling a cleaning with them again in the future. Grateful for their hard work and commitment to making sure we were happy with our deep clean!

This is my second time using Lemon blossom cleaning and I am very disappointed on the quality of work this time around. My first time/experience was great, during the pandemic this time around I can’t say the same. The attention to detail was non existent. I paid for a DEEP clean which is NOT cheap what so ever to come home to a mediocre clean house. We had to get the attention of their supervisor multiple times to come back around and clean all the air vents due to them not being touch. I had spider webs in my window sills. They did not vacuum the couch due to saying that they ‘don’t move furniture or pillows’ so my mother kindly asked if they can just put the pillows down to vacuum the couch and they did after being asked twice. The supervisor would walk by areas that were pointed out to clean but yet would not let the cleaners know to clean. Our bar area had coffee stains down the cabinets and where the coffee maker is. The windows were just wiped down, no sign of a duster to remove spider webs. Our bathroom sinks had a white stain like someone poured Clorox and forgot to clean it. I unfortunately could keep going but just extremely disappointed on the quality of work this time around and of course the cost of a deep clean. Will not use them again.

Zero attention to detail. DEEP clean for nearly $300 of 1200 sf home yielded less than decent results. The floors were barely cleaned, the toilet wasn't cleaned all the way, the dusting was wiped 1/4 of the way, the sofas weren't vacuumed, and Bobbi the owner said she can't believe for 7 1/2 hours there could be any complaint, I have pictures. One room wasn't even touched, except maybe the windowsill. Terrible cleaning job.
Nika( I think her name is) said "oh i believe you" when I complained and said I had pictures. They sent a brand new employee to do a re-clean. Let me be clear, there was never any inspection by the owner who apparently was too busy to come and take a look at the "deep clean". The 2nd girl was there for 3+ hours and didn't do much better at all.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They will disappoint!
