I love My Maid Service! They clean my mom’s house for her every week and they do a fantastic job. The cleaning tech, Amanda, is so sweet and kind and my mom loves visiting with her when she is there. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech to trust my elderly mothers home to!!

My wife, Raquel, and I have been using My Maid Service for the last several years and have been very pleased with the services provided (bi-weekly cleaning and deep cleaning twice each year). Sam has been fantastic in particular. She is very through and professional, is always on time, and always meticulous about her work. Plus, our dogs love her! Stephanie has also been great to work with as well. Would highly recommend Sam, Stephanie, and My Maid Service.

I have been using My Maid Service since 2011. We've moved 3 times during that timeframe, and they are great for bi-weekly or monthly cleans and even more detailed move-out cleans. Communication with the office is great, and easy to schedule service. Debbie has been cleaning my home for 13 years, and I can't recommend her enough. She is prompt, pleasant, detailed, thoughtful, gracious, and communicative.

Mallory B was fantastic! She was friendly, hard working and professional. I usually clean my own house but needed some extra help today, and Mallory accomplished exactly what I requested within the designated timeframe. I highly recommend her - Thank you!

We've been a client of My Maid Service for many years. One of their team members, Debbie, has wonderfully provided us service over the majority of that time. We consider her a long-time friend, and so whenever she visits our home, an extraordinarily good neighbor is coming by. I know Debbie provides training for many of the company's newer staff, and so we're confident when other team members come by, as well. They're great folks...and if you determine to hire them, I'd encourage you to treat them kindly in return! They want to be of help to your family, and they'll appreciate and merit your graciousness toward them.

We have used My Maid Service for several years now. They are an excellent company that are easy to contact and to work with. We have always been satisfied with the service performed by their employees. This week we had a young lady named Ashdon Kelly who performed a particularly good job on our home. She was respectful, worked rapidly and efficiently, and the result of her cleaning was excellent.

Our deep clean was great. House sparkles. Cleaners were on time and professional. Office staff friendly and helpful. Great experience.

So far the Lemon Blossom team has provided us with great services. They are on time, courteous and do everything they promise. Most services I have used bang and scrape the walls with their equipment, slam things, and don't do something each clean. Lemon Blossom has done what they promise every single time.

They did a fantastic job with a deep clean for my move in to a new house. The team was great, and took extra precautions considering covid, such as wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers. The supervisor showed up towards the end of the clean to do a walkthrough with us to make sure everything was up to our standard. I’ve never had that done before by any other cleaning service I’ve used. Will definitely be using their services again!

Tymekia did a great job on our monthly cleaning! Lemon Blossom cleaners always show up in time and are flexible if I need to change the date. We're very pleased with their service.

As a first-time customer of Lemon Blossom, I can attest that whatever Ms. Faulkner has stated below is inconsistent with my own experience.

I hired Lemon Blossom to perform a moveout cleaning on a rental home. The day of the cleaning, Bobbi's staff kept me informed throughout the day of the expected arrival time, and was very apologetic when the crew did not arrive on time. When the crew was later than 30 minutes, Bobbi herself called me and informed me of a terrible personal situation, which I will not divulge here, that had befallen the crew's family on the way to our house.

There began the true testament to Lemon Blossom and its dedication to customer service. With the sudden interruption to the clean, Bobbi immediately began contingency planning, calling several other companies in the area to see if anyone could cover the job. As it was a Friday, and I was set to move out that day, I was adamant that the job needed to be done that day. Bobbi mustered a 4 person crew, who had all already worked two deep cleans each that day to try to complete the job. The girls were very tired, but did as best they could. During our walkthrough, I noticed a few issues, and Bobbi immediately asked if I could get the landlord to allow them to come in on Monday to rectify the situation. He agreed.

On Monday, Grace from Lemon Blossom did a phenomenal job correcting all of the issues, and both my wife and I were more than happy with the improvements. Coincidentally, the landlord also happened to drop by, and commented that the house was in such great shape that he wouldn't have to hire move-in cleaners!

Bobbi and her team are truly dedicated to ensuring Lemon Blossom's customers have a great experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with the aplomb with which they dealt with the variables thrown at them (the situatuons mentioned above, plus there was no water during both cleans!). There is a reason why there are so many 5 star reviews and one negative one from a bitter person unwilling to accept responsibility for a situation they created.

I'll be using Lemon Blossom again for my new home move-in in August! Couldn't be happier with the customer service and communication we received.

They are thorough and efficient and, at the end of each cleaning, their work is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend giving Bobbi a call for any and all types of cleaning jobs. You will not be disappointed.

We really wish we had read these reviews before we hired this company. We too had a horrible experience and deeply regret ever hiring them to clean our clients newly renovated home before they moved in. We contacted them last week and spoke with Bobbi, the owner, who assured us that they would provide a deep clean and that they had experience with renovation cleanings. We explained that the home recently had hardwood floors installed as well as the entire interior was freshly painted and we requested that they didn’t clean the newly painted surfaces. Most of the floors were covered with cardboard to protect them during the move in but all of the baths, kitchen and utility floors had existing ceramic tile. We were quoted over $500 for 3 people to clean for a 3 hour time span. The house looked like it had not even been touched. When I called to complain, the owner became irrate and defended her cleaning crew. She proceeded to tell me that the floors were concrete as I explained that they were ceramic tile. Instead of taking the professional approach, Bobbi continued to blame us for having a dirty home which is why we called them in the first place. The home was dusty due to the work that had taken place. We gave them an opportunity to come back to finish the job that they started but they refused. We do not recommend this company and will never use their services again.

We are so happy we found Taylor Maid! We have scheduled bi-weekly cleanings and Marisol and her team do a great job. We have wood, granite, marble, stainless steel, and high ceiling fans. All of it is clean, polished, and not damaged by inexperience. We also have a pack of dogs. Their hair, tracked in dirt, and nose prints on the glass doors are gone. They are bonded and insured, so consider risk when comparing prices. They do better than I can do, when I can find time, so the house is cleaner than it has been in years. Taylor Maid's service is a much appreciated stress reliever!

The office was very prompt in communicating a small delay in the crew’s arrival. The crew was organized and thorough, doing a great job with cleaning a 6500 sq. ft. house. They even attended to the garage floor at my spouse’s request. I would recommend them to anyone wanting courteous, professional cleaning services!

Clarissa, Briana, and Marie came out today for a deep clean, and it was such a wonderful experience! They were through, professional, and kind. An inspector came through once they were done as well, and she found a few things that she asked them to re-do or complete, which was an awesome added touch. The entire experience was great, with exceptional customer service every step of the way!

I still have floor boards that are still dirty and things were not wiped down, vacuumed or mopped. The light fixtures and fans were not completely dusted. I am very sad 😞 about the amount I paid and the service. They even came back to fix it and I didn’t think I had to go in and inspect everything for the 3rd time bc I trusted the cleaning crew.

My kitchen counter was not fully wiped down.

All cobwebs were not taken out, things were still not dusted, floors where not fully mopped or swept, it says dust behind window seals but they didn’t do that in the master bedroom and windows were not wiped.
