I hired this cleaning service to spruce up my house, and what a disappointment it was! They sent a new person who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Instead of actually cleaning, they just half-heartedly wiped things down, leaving dust and grime in all the nooks and crannies. To top it off, they didn't even bother to vacuum the floors - how lazy can you get?

At first, I was so pleased with their services that I would tip generously, sometimes up to $100. However, after this disastrous experience, I wouldn't let them clean my house again even if they paid me. It's a shame to see such a decline in quality from a service that started out promising. Save your money and find a cleaning service that actually knows how to clean!

I love the convenience of scheduling online and editing my upcoming cleaning as needed. Jonathan is very responsive by text as well when questions or scheduling issues arise. The ladies who clean the house are friendly, and they do a great job. I wish I could afford weekly cleanings!
