I highly recommend Hales Chimney & Fireplace Solutions. They exceeded our expectations with quality products and service. We had a custom cap installed on the chimney, fireplace cleaning, new gas log set and dryer vent cleaning! The team of Clay, Juan, John and Sherrill delivered superior service!

Clay and Kenneth did a great job with our vent that hadn't been cleaned in 11 years (shame on me). They went from the roof top down, but the vent was still clogged, so they went from the dryer up and were able to break the clog and got everything cleaned and working again. Good guys worked hard. I will definitely call them the next time I need it to be cleaned, which most certainly will not be 11 years from now (next year is already on my calendar).

We had the pleasure of working with Clay and Luis from Hale's Chimney and Fireplace Solutions, and we couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish they were considerate of our home and pets, incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and worked with positive attitudes. We had Hale’s come out for a chimney cleaning and inspection after a chimney fire destroyed a house down the street from us. They were fantastic—-meticulously cleaned and thoroughly inspected our fireplace and chimney inside and from the roof. They’re punctual, friendly, professional, and answered any questions we had. Great Company with workers that take pride in their work! Juan and Ty arrived on time and worked diligently on our three chimneys and dryer vent. All fireplaces looked like new when they departed. Clay and Ty came after we called them 10 minutes before closing time. They came after hours and cleaned our fireplace really well and patiently taught us how to use it so that we wouldn’t burn the place down. 10/10 experience with this company. They squeezed me in same day. With the winter storm coming through this weekend I wanted to be prepared, and they outdid themselves. Clint was amazing and very kind, he was honest about everything, which I really appreciate, fixed my fireplace and did a deep clean which it desperately needed. Had a dryer vent that was improperly installed nd kept giving Air Flow faults. Called Hales since we used them previously for our chimney cleaning to come check it out. Clay and Juan came and did an excellent job of removing the old flex duct work that was ran up the wall and installed a new smooth wall pipe and exhausted it out the roof. The pics are right after they completed the project. Everything is ready for me to texture. Both Clay and Juan were very professional and explained in detail the entire scope of what they were doing. Very pleased!!

This was the first time that we used Hales and they did a great job! Juan was VERY thorough and careful about cleaning up after himself and making sure everything looked better than when he started. He gave us recommendations on how to keep our house safer with regard to fire risk and I am thankful for that. Clint gave me good advice about what kind of wood to use to minimize build up and Ryan got LOADS of debris out of our main chimney! Juan custom cut replacement back panels on both fireplaces and everything looks great! We appreciate the attention to detail and high amount of time spent at our house. Thank you to a great team! Will use them again for sure 👍

Clayton and Miguel came out to fix and clean our fireplace and make sure it is safe to use. They did incredible and we were thrilled with their services. They were both extremely professional and respectful as well as patient in explaining and being in our home providing a service. We would recommend them to anyone!

Juan did an excellent job servicing and cleaning our fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He was thorough, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned properly and working safely before he left. Our fireplace hadn’t been working correctly, and Juan got it back in great working condition. I highly recommend Juan and his chimney services to anyone needing maintenance or repairs.

Clayton came out and cleaned our dryer vent. He had everything he needed, including a new dryer vent cap, in case we needed it. We decided to wait and see how the dryer does, and there was no hard sell. A real pleasure to deal with him - highly recommend!
