Woke up to a refrigerator that was not cooling. 15 yr old unit that Alex at Smartway Appliance repair was able to diagnose and repair all in the same day. Great service with reasonable costs

My HVAC heater stopped working in the middle of the night and weather is too bad outside with snow no one was available and finally reached out to smartway. Mr. Eugene Tk came same day and repaired the HVAC. Very committed service to depend on when it needed the most. Thank you so much

When our dryer stopped spinning I knew I needed to find an Appliance Repair service quickly. I'd never used Smartway before, but a quick Google search showed great customer feedback. Giving them a call I was expecting to be told that they were booked out for weeks (this being over the Christmas-New Year's holiday), but was happily surprised to be offered an appointment as soon as next-day.
Stan arrived exactly on time, professional, polite, and got to work. He isolated the problem, had the spare part already in his van, and was happy to vacuum out all of the lint and dirt that had accumulated within the machine, too.
Within a short time my dryer was running again, as good as new. Thank you, Stan!

The pilot lights on our stove were going crazy, always lighting even when no burners were on and the stove was just plugged into the wall. I called after hours and they scheduled a tech to come out two days later, which was first available. The tech, Sasha, was respectful and diligent. He diagnosed the problem and provided a quote, and told me it would have to be a next day fix to get the part. When he discovered he needed and additional part, he took it upon himself to get it immediately instead of waiting an additional day. Would recommend, was very communicative through the whole process.

I called Smartway for dryer service/repair. Great customer service. The scheduler was able to get a tech out quickly… same day. The communication was good letting me know time, technician’s name and heads-up before his arrival. Stan was my technician. He came late afternoon. Even at the end of his day, he was very courteous, professional and thorough in his assessment. After he assessed the problem, he was able to fix it right away and cleaned up the area after he was done. He followed up the day after to make sure that I was happy with the service and that everything was working properly.
I highly recommend this company. Ask for Stan. He is a great technician.

We have called Smartway for repairs on a few appliances over a few years and will definitely continue to do so. Most recently, Edward worked on our Frigidaire oven. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the igniter and replaced it in under one hour. In addition to this part of his amazing service, he followed up the next day to confirm that it was working well. I had a problem with my LG washing machine, so I called SmartWay for help. Technician Yevgen arrived quickly, performed a thorough diagnostic, and found that the drain pump had failed. Later the same day, he came back with the exact part needed and fixed the issue right away.

We had Hayward come out to due maintenance on our AC unit. John came out and had to try two different motors to try and fix our broken unit. Although we had to get a new AC, they finished the entire job, from motors to new unit in no time. These guys are professional, friendly and honest. Hard to find people like this. I would recommend them anytime

We had a low pressure line leak which caused all the refrigerant to leak out. John and his team came to our rescue with short notice and on a noticably hot day. His team (Daniel) fixed the pipe, recharged the system, and replaced the really old capacitors. I don't think this AC has blown this cold since we bought the house!

John came out two days ago to look at our 23yr old unit. He responded late the night before and was at my house very early in the morning. We knew a new unit would most likely be in order, and after John personally came and looked at the issue, he had his crew at my house first thing the following morning to replace the unit and furnace. His crew was very respectful, hard working, and courteous. They worked diligently and were mindful of me and pets who were home during the work. When done, they cleaned up very well. I 100% recommend Hayward Air. Professional, reliable, and reasonably priced.
