I called Best Neighbor in response to a deal they had going on A/C inspection. Ours had not been inspected in a few years so I made an appointment, which they were able to accommodate the very next day. They missed our initial, morning appointment, but got to us that same afternoon. The service was good, and the technician was friendly and professional.

The owner comes out annually to clean and fully check my system for performance and notifies me of any issues. I like that this service comes free as long as you have the monitoring subscription. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! Returned my call quickly and even made a same-day house visit. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what he was doing. Solid, honest service at a very reasonable price. Everything was handled with speed and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need anything in the future.

I had 27 years old A/C replaced by Jake. He was sticking to the basics of how the installation should be done for the best efficiency through the end. He was very courteous and honest too. He fixed a startup issue of another A/C that others could not solve. I really like my new A/C and would call Jake for my future A/C issues.

Best Neighbor was amazing… our AC went out on a Saturday and they fast tracked us and got our new system installed on Monday. The installers kept us updated and helped us install the apps on our phones to control our new Wi-Fi thermostat. I highly recommend!!

Worked with Jacob today. Very accommodating considering I just had a surgery and my wife had to help show him the hvac and thermostat and help with some questions. He was extremely thorough, took his time to inspect the hvac entirely and narrowed it down to the issue. I really appreciate the hard work from him and the company he represents. Jacob and his team did a phenomenal job replacing my entire HVAC system. Stuck with an obsolete R22 system that failed, Jacob was quick to respond, diagnose, and offer a solution. His install team did a great job on a tough install (old house retrofit). Thank you!

My home had a AC issue on a Friday of course around 5 pm. called 5 companies all of them said we dont service your area. Even though there website says they do. call Jacob at best Neighbor Home Services he was out within a few hours. quality work at a good price, that incredibly hard to find. Not to mention honest, 1 month later one room in out home just wasn't cooling right. Called Jacob out he came, sorry no charge was what he said. I wasn't right, that's on us. Honesty this day and age is rare.

I contacted Best Neighbor Home on Tuesday for regular spring maintenance. They scheduled for the next day. Jacob arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There were a couple issues with my HVAC. Jacob provided me with an acceptable quote and returned next day to fix issues. He took time to answer and explain all my questions. I am extremely happy with company, Jacob and services provided. I will continue to use this company in the future. I highly recommend, without reservation, this company for your HVAC needs

Installation was prompt and professional. After the job was completed Tony Rubio came out to do a QA inspection before the last City inspection. Once again, their employees were prompt, professional and polite.

AC went out yesterday and the temps in my house quickly rose to 85 degrees. So, first thing this morning I started making phone calls and they contacted me within mins and had availability this morning. I was super impressed with the tech, he was quick, informative and did a complete once over on my HVAC system, so I have peace of mind that everything else is good. They were reasonably priced and there’s a lifetime warranty on the part that was replaced. I would definitely use them again!!

Our AC went out sometime last night and we were unaware of it until this morning when it got warmer in the house and I was confused as to why. Saw that our outside unit wasn’t running. I called multiple places and everyone wanted to come by late afternoon or evening time and had a crazy service charge, I was frustrated. Best neighbor service was my last number to call before I would have just get an appointment with literally anyone at anytime. I explained everything over the phone and I had mentioned that I have a toddler and 3 dogs and need someone asap. Not only was Jacob super understanding of my situation, he gave me an estimate arrival time between 12pm and 4pm which I agreed to because it was sooner than anyone else I’ve called. Well guess what he managed to get out here around noon and I couldn’t have been more thankful for it 🙌 Not only was he super knowledgeable but he put absolutely no pressure on me with making decisions. He let me have the upper hand in every decision and i appreciate it so much because that just really shows that he cares about customers and not to just sell products. Needless to say our AC was up and running again however it has to be replaced and my husband and I said immediately that we would like for Jacob to do the job since he is absolutely trustworthy and we feel comfortable making decisions with his company. Pricing is very good and the warranty that comes with it is absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much Jacob. We appreciate you more than you know. All aspects of Jacob's work was informative and helpful to provide a better solution to my home cooling system. He provided a general contractor solution by coordinating two other trades to remove a return, enlarging original return and adding a new return vent. Also patched, textured and painted removed vent ceiling drywall. Both trades persons, Brayden and Julian, working HVAC did excellent job with courteous and pleasant attitude working in the attic heat. They showed me what was going on all steps of the solution. They worked quickly and accurately to Jacob's instructions. Then after the returns were installed and working they put a temporary cover in the hole for the removed return. Later Jacob's drywall guy, Phillip performed repairs to the hole. Phillip arrived, briefly inspected the situation and quickly proceeded to patch, plaster, texture and paint to perfectly match the area of hole. All aspects of Jacob's work as an estimator, contractor of two trades, and managing communications with client, and material preparation was flawless. His representative performance for Best Neighbor will cause me to include Best Neighbor in all future HVAC maintenance needs.

Jacob has worked hard to first extend the life of our old system and now to get our new system balanced and running efficiently. We have been happy with our service.

Best Neighbors replaced our " ancient" HVAC unit in June of this year 2025. This month we had her 6 month check up done 😆 (Actually the winter check) and everything it running great!
