David was fantastic. He responded by text immediately and walked us through some troubleshooting steps. We narrowed down the transformer part that was causing our AC to not work. He came within an hour with the new part and got us fixed up! Highly recommend!

Thank you for same day service after a lighting strike. Connor worked through both our systems and identified parts that needed to be replaced. Both systems are up and running, after replacement of transformers, fuses and thermostats.

GA service has been a honest and fair company to work with. They have maintained our home HVAC for several years. They try to fix equipment if possible before springing unfortunate news. Finally we had to replace one unit and the quote was very competitive.

Did not bother to show up for scheduled appointment to give us a bid on a bathroom remodel. We waited over an hour for David to show up but he was a no show. We actually tried to use GA last year for attic fans but there was no follow through from this company so I used someone else. But I thought that given all the positive reviews I would give them another chance as we need bathroom remodel. I was contacted, scheduled an appointment but no one showed up. Do not recommend

I use GA Services exclusively now. They don't recommend a bunch of unnecessary repairs/replacements just to increase the bill. They just tell you what needs to be done, and then they do the work at a reasonable price. They're also exceptionally kind people, which is an added bonus.

David was thorough and addressed all questions clearly. The work was completed on time and in accordance with the contract.

Connor is excellent. They got me right on the books and fixes same day!

*Update*

10/09/2025, Had a capacitor fail and they replaced it for free, under warranty. I had forgotten that it was under warranty.

Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with their honesty. Glad to be able to know and call on them.

Super professional from scheduling, advanced notice of technician on the way, everything explained thoroughly at the time of service and job well done by Connor.

Conner came out this morning and was awesome! He is so polite and genuine. Got to work diagnosing our issue and in under an hour we were back in business cooling the house back down. He showed me the issue, replaced the part and went ahead and checked the freon levels just to make sure we didn’t have future issues. Best service ever! I highly recommend GA Services and often share your contact info. Thank you!
