Jake was AWESOME! Upfront honest after an inspection of our AC unit. Now we were prepared we were needing a new unit since ours was so old. Jame was great in giving us the best option for us, for comfortability but also affordability. Never made it about him, but used his experience to give us some options what works best for our needs.

His team he hired to install the unit were exceptional, as we were given an 8 hr window to complete install and they had it done in 4-5 hrs tops. He was great when we had questions, he was kind to answer them all, my wife being a bit anxious, he was patient to make her feel comfortable.

Customer service was excellent ad we had some minor cleaning I couldn't attempt to do and he was kind enough on memorial day to make a trip to clear out some lines and water for us. Definitely recommend Jake and Best Neighbors, to anyone seeking an honest assessment for what they need and can afford.

I have 2 Dental Offices and many AC/furnace units on our family property. Jake is honest, hard working, frugal, follower of the teachings of Jesus and family man. He has great service at a fair price. I highly recommend.

The crew was on time, professional, and pretty much thorough. Only issues I have is the house is still covered in drywall flakes, and the garage was not restored to pre-job state. It may be that the dryer vent was covered up in the system installation. I am going to need someone to check if the vent was blocked. I later discovered that the Heat Pump had nothing to-do with the problem. Jacob got up on a ladder and cleared out the outside vent-it was stuffed with all sorts of plant leaves and other junk. I'm changing my rating, because techniclly it was Jacob's problem, but he still knew what to do!

Jacob was very helpful in repairing our hvac unit. Before he made the service call, he actually called me and had me check a few things to see if that was the problem we lost power to the thermostat. While his checks didn’t fix the problem, I appreciated the fact he had potential things I could check that could save the money for a service call.

Once on site, he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs in a timely manner. He also took the time to show me the issue and explain his fix.

I would definitely use them again for any hvac issues.

The Electrician, Jacob did an excellent job installing our garage space heater. Jacob was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Fair price and really took care of us! We had a miscommunication on which unit needed work, and he didn't charge us a ridiculous service fee because of it. I really appreciated that, everyone's on a budget today and the fact that he chalked it up to a mistake and just took care of us, we won't forget it.
