Don and Donnie are great to work with....Good communication and they show up when they say they will. They have helped me out in a pinch on a few occasions. I would highly recommend them! Good people!

Had h & h install a new a/c system, they did a good job on installing it. Then we had a manufacturer defect and they came back and took care of it no questions asked. Great servuce and great people!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I bought a brand new system from H&H Heating and Air LLC in 2016. Then 17 months later the coil failed. Being only 17 months old it was under manufacture warranty. After trying to call and txt H&H they just flat out ignored me. They are quick to sell you a system but leave you high and dry with service after the sale. These guys are the worst in the business. Do your self a favor and ignore this company as they will ignore you if post sales service is needed.

They are experienced professionals who really care about their craft. After working with three other HVAC contractors and numerous other contracts, plumbers, electricians, etc, I can confidently say that these guys are our favorite.

We have had them do many jobs for us, small to large. They have checked our system, repaired our coils and replaced coolant, and have installed a whole minisplit system. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find HVAC people that even know what a minisplit is!?!

My sister has multiple rental homes, and she also trusts them to do all of her HVAC work, including a historic home renovation that could not handle central air, thus more minisplits.

I'm honestly surprised by even a single negative review. That person was clearly just frustrated by their manufacturer and took it out on the installer, classic ignorance. Being a fellow small business owner, you are often pinched between a giant company that is too big to care and your customers. If only more people could appreciate the difference.

The fact is, these guys are great at communicating, discussing options, working with you to design solutions, and executing their work with a high standard of quality. On our last major job I left them a check before it was done, and they stayed several more hours to finalize the work and ensure the system was working properly. I trust these guys to make sure I'm good to go, and they have yet to let me down.

Can't say enough about how happy we are with their work. If you are a fellow home owner like me that wants to work with experienced professionals that really understand their craft, call them. You won't be disappointed.

The guy came in because our air conditioning was messed up. James I think was his name but could totally be wrong. Unfortunately this is the company our realtor uses. He didn’t only come in to fix our air conditioner but took pictures OF MY HOUSE and MY CAR!! For whatever reason! He then told us he added freon to the unit and the filter was dirty but only reported the filter being dirty! 10 out of 10 would never recommend and will be paying out of pocket for the next visit if there ever is a next visit for a different company!

Donnie came out and looked at my AC Unit and gave me honest rates and honest thoughts. We decided that it wasn't worth fixing and are going for a full replacement. I appreciated his expert opinions and insight and making a run to my house after hours on a hot day. I'm certain that he was very busy.

H & H were awesome! AC went out during the night, I called the next morning, and within a few hours, they were at my house. They quickly diagnosed the problem replaced the part and the AC was back on in no time. From the time they arrived until they left it was only 30 minutes. They were honest, efficient, and the price was right. Highly recommend them. I will only use them for my air conditioning and heating issues from now on.

Don has been taking care of my A/C and heating needs for nearly 12 years. After bad experiences with another company, he came in and has done such a great job, that I'm still using my original unit and it is going strong! Call Don and son today and know they will take care of your unit because they are professional and they care about their customers!

I had a very pleasant experience this morning with Mr. Don Holt. I have my own business and was having an issue with cooling in one of our rooms. Mr. Holt communicated very well via text messages and was punctual for our appointment time. He resolved the issue and was very honest. In talking with him, he is a genuinely good person and I will definitely use his company again. I recommend H and H to anyone looking for an honest AC company!

We had an outstanding experience with Donnie. Another company told us we needed either a very expensive repair or a whole new unit altogether. Donnie came out and told us exactly what was wrong, which was a simple fix and nothing what the other company told us. Unfortunately, we were going to get scammed if it hadn't been for H&H. He was honest, courteous and explained everything to my husband so we understood. And now we have a fixed unit with cold air again! They have gained a lifelong customer. We can't recommend them enough!

Jake is knowledgeable and trustworthy about all things A/C. He helped me quickly and inexpensively diagnose a condensation issue. He gave me the simplest solution to my problem and sent me pictures to illustrate what needed to be done to fix it. Highly recommend!

A few months after the condensation issue, my furnace gas valve went out. Jake replaced the valve and got our heat back on when we needed it. I really appreciate how detail oriented Jake is with his work. He takes pride in what he does and it shows.

Jacob was super knowledgeable and super helpful! He came to my house on a Saturday evening to fix my a/c unit without even an extra charge.
Not only did Jacob fix the a/c (THANK YOU!),
He also has a service where he monitors our unit via sensors and WiFi- it’s very 2024!!! I even have an app on my phone to alert me of things that may be wrong with my unit.
As someone who knows very little about HVAC, I think I will enjoy having this service.
