Lupe was recommended to me a few years back and has assisted on several occasions. He communicates very well, is prompt and fair. Highly recommend this company.

Came home on the coldest day by far this winter to no heat in my home. Called Lupe and explained my problem. He courtesly asked different questions and had me try a few things to make sure it wasnt something I couldn't fix myself. (Wasn't something I could fix!) Gave him my address and he was here quick. It was a blown fuse. He was extremely professional and very personable. Fixed the problem fast. He also provided great advice on some easy up keep maintance. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I absolutely highly recommend Alcala Heating and Air. Lupe was prompt arriving on time. He was quick to help us out as our ac went out in the middle of the hottest time this summer. When he arrived he took the time to explain to me in detail what repairs were needed and why they were needed and what caused the ac to stop working. It was so nice to have someone so informative along with being so courteous. I always have concerns when hiring someone new because you never know who will take advantage of you. He was so genuine. I was very thankful we found his company and will never use anyone else. You will not be disappointed in this company and their services.

I've just had the best experiences with Lupe Alcala. He is honest. I've had him fix several units, replace a couple of units and also did a complete new install for us. I have a home warranty but I always end up calling Lupe because he just tells the truth and gets the job done.

It's difficult to find someone or a business that still maintains integrity, especially in these trying times Mr. Lupe had a thorough understanding of what was happening with my unit and what I needed to do to fix it. He did not upcharge me on ANYTHING! Finding an honest man who won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge in this area can be difficult for women. Normally I don't spend the time writing reviews, but Mr. Lupe is deserving of all 5 stars! Let me save you some time if you're looking for a person of integrity, professionalism, and prices that make sense. Look no further because this is your sign: Mr. Lupe is the guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Lupe was very nice and informative through the repair process of my heater. Always communicated next steps. I'll definitely call him again when the need arises.

I called Perfect Climate Air for a pre-season AC inspection. They were very courteous on the phone walking me through what they were going to check. When they arrived they walked me through everything they were checking and why. They went in the attic to check the furnace, blower and coil. They used booties on their shoes when they came into my house and were very polite to my pets as well. I love supporting family owned small business, especially when they are so professional, polite, and reasonably priced
. I’ll be using PCA for all my hvac needs for years to come and I have suggested them to my own family as well.

Perfect Climate Air, INC is a true Godsend! After weeks of being told our AC was unfixable, Ken and his son Kenny—truly great, patient people—came out to Princeton, TX, did a proper diagnostic, and told us all we needed was a new thermostat and a refrigerant top-off. They took photos and explained everything clearly. As a father-son team, they run their family business with honesty, kindness, and care. By far the best HVAC company we've worked with in Collin County. Our home went from a sweltering trial by fire to a cool, peaceful refuge. Call them—you won’t regret it!

I called Perfect Climate Air and met with owners Ken Sr. & Ken Jr. They’re the most knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy HVAC technicians I’ve ever had the chance to work with. I had called two other local companies regarding my AC unit that wasn’t working. Both companies said I was looking at a 12k+ new system replacement. Kenny was such a great help! Was experiencing my unit not blowing cold air. Kenny quickly came out and found where the freon leak was and had me up and going all within the day. Cant thank him enough!
