I could not be happier with Entire Air Solutions! On the hottest day of the year, so far, my AC decided to stop working. I was tired of using the "big name" companies you see on TV and hear on the radio, and decided to give a local company a shot and I am so glad I did! They were responsive, prompt and fixed my issue quickly. Entire Air will be my go-to AC company from now on. Thank you!.

Installation of a new outside unit was prompt and precise at a fair price. Will definitely be using Entire Air Solutions for any AC needs.

We had a super nice service provider, Jason, who had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 5 minutes! Already cooling before he left, and they came out same day within an hour of calling. Professional and friendly service!

Jason is truly a gem in this industry, and provided fantastic service when our AC went out. The home warranty company sent Entire Air Solutions and Jason out to my home to diagnose the issue. He was even able to arrive earlier than expected, and called ahead of time to ensure that it was okay to do so. Jason diagnosed the issue quickly, and got in touch with my warranty company to arrange service. (Surprise Surprise, they didn't cover it)
Jason was able to give me fair pricing, sent over an estimate via email so I had something in writing, and made sure that our part was in stock for the next day. He communicated clearly and promptly regarding the part availability, and what time we would expect him. Jason arrived the next day on time and got to work immediately, and even completed a coil cleaning which was desperately needed.
He fixed the repair issue quickly and cleaned up, leaving no trash or stray items around. He even made friends with my dogs while we settled the bill :) He advised me on some maintenance items to schedule for the fall and provided some really valuable information regarding our specific unit. I would definitely be a returning customer and I'm grateful that I'm not sweating inside my house! -
Our AC went out three days ago, and another company couldn’t figure out the issue. We were having guests over and the house was miserably hot. Jason came out same day, found the problem right away, and got the air running perfectly. Super professional, friendly, and fast. He saved the day—highly recommend!

Discovered Jason and his company through a home warranty service, and when it was time to replace our unit, he came out and did a fantastic job. Hopefully with our new unit we won't have to see him as much, but if we do have any issues, we won't hesitate to call Jason as we know we'll get quality, friendly service.

Called today at 3:30 because my upstairs unit wasn't blowing cold. Jason made it out by 5, an hour and a half later. Thats unheard of these days. He replaced a part and a filter and was back on his way in an hour. This is my 2nd service by Entire Air and in both cases Jason went far and beyond reasonable expectations to get my house cool all while trying to keep my costs down. Phenomenal service!!!

Highly recommend Jason. Did a thorough inspection of our entire AC unit and provided appropriate quotes. He went above and beyond to pull out the warranty information on the AC unit and provided the full documentation needed. Definitely a great technician who knows what he’s doing.

Last spring on April 25, our home warrant company sent Entire Air Solutions to do a spring tune-up on our 2 HVAC units. The primary goal of a tune-up is to optimize the system’s performance, extend its lifespan, and prevent potential issues before they become costly problems.
Jason from Entire Air inspected our systems, said everything was fine and went on his way. He did not remove the valve service caps to hook up hoses to measure system pressures directly to determine the health of the systems but apparently did it in a different way.
On every spring tune-up we have had before, technicians measure the level of refrigerant in the system by attaching gauges to the unit which involves connecting hoses to the unit by removing the valve caps and connecting the gauges to the system.
Over the next few weeks after Jason inspected our systems on April 25, the downstairs unit quit cooling well, and by June 21, it started blowing air at 75 degrees.
On June 21, Jason with Entire Air returned to determine why our downstairs unit was not cooling. He said that one of the service valve caps, which he did not inspect on April 25, was deteriorated (“had dry rot”) and was the cause of loss of refrigerant. He added 5 pounds of R22 at a cost of $600 and put on a new service valve cap. On his return visit on June 21, Jason did not do a leak test to determine the original source of the leak, which clearly turned out not to be the valve cap as the system continued to leak R22 over the next several weeks. Nor did Jason add leak freeze during this follow up visit as a preventative measure in case there might have been a leak in the line somewhere that had caused the initial 5 pound loss of coolant.
Three weeks later on July 17, Tim from Speedy Electric & AC came out to inspect the system and found that an additional 2 pounds of R22 had leaked from the system since June 21 when Jason had added 5 pounds of R22. Tim found that both Schrader valves were not tightly secured and he had to tighten both of them down to prevent further leaking, as Schrader valves are known to be a source of refrigerant leaks in air conditioning systems. Tim added 2 pounds of R22 at an additional cost of $320 to us and also added Rectorseal Leak Sealer in case there were any line or coil leaks present.
Had a deteriorated service valve cap been the source and cause of the 5 pound loss of coolant, then by simply replacing the valve cap, which is all Jason did on June 21, the system would not have leaked any more.
I spoke with John, who said he was the owner of Entire Air to complain why our unit had lost so much refrigerant in only 7 weeks. He said that his technicians do not use gauges to measure pressure/coolant levels because doing so could release small amounts of coolant from removing the valve caps and hooking up gauges. Instead, he said his technicians measure temperatures to calculate pressure levels by referring to a pressure/temperature chart. Even if this an acceptable way of estimating pressure and coolant levels, the service caps still should have been removed and inspected to determine the condition of the rubber gaskets inside the caps to see if they needed to be replaced. Jason did not do this. on his April 25 inspection.
The initial spring inspection by Entire Air on April 25 was inadequate. The follow up on June 21 was inadequate since a leak test was not done, nor were the Schrader valves inspected during that visit to make sure they were tight and not leaking, nor was leak freeze added as a preventative measure. On July 21, Speedy Electric & AC properly diagnosed and corrected the system issues and we have had no further leaks.
As a result of poor service from Entire Air, my wife and I incurred charges of $920 and $70 for a second service call which might have been unnecessary had a proper tune up had been performed on April 25. We cannot recommend Entire Air and will never use them again. -

Jason diagnosed our AC unit gave a workable and workaround solutions. Coil was leaking Freon. He will finish installing a new coil tomorrow. Experienced tech with years of knowledge. I recommend him to anyone with HVAC issues.

Jason has been my go-to guy for AC troubleshooting and repairs. He does his best to get to you scheduled in a timely manner while managing many service calls throughout the day. He's honest with the diagnosis/recommendations and doesn't try to up-sell you on services or equipment not needed. If you do your part of notifying him in a timely manner and realize that he's a popular guy for many people, he'll do you right.

Jason and his team at Entire Air Solutions provided outstanding service in replacing our outdated 12-year-old Goodman system. After a week of obtaining estimates and quotes from multiple contractors, we carefully evaluated several factors, including selecting the appropriate manufacturer, SEER rating, tax credits, reliability, and costs. Jason demonstrated exceptional patience and technical expertise, addressing all our questions and offering valuable advice on various manufacturers. He thoroughly evaluated our needs and recommended a solution tailored to our requirements.
The team arrived punctually and commenced work as scheduled. They meticulously explained the entire process and took special care in replacing the complete system. Their professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout the project. The installation was executed flawlessly, and the system is functioning perfectly. We chose a Trane XR15 heat pump system and could not be more satisfied with its performance, providing both cold air and heat efficiently.
We wholeheartedly recommend Entire Air Solutions for any future HVAC needs.
