Our AC went out late afternoon. Reached out to Entire Air, Jason responded within 5 minutes. We told him what was going on the AC. He asked how late we would be available; we were completely surprised he would be willing to come by the same evening. Entire Air Solutions was working through the snow storm in January 2026. Our furnace stopped heating when the temperature dropped below 30. I called them at around 1:30 p.m. and they were able to get a technician out to us within 90 minutes. Our technician Jason was great. He ran a diagnostic and had our furnace up and running within 30 minutes. We were shocked they only charged the regular diagnostic fee. We had called 6 HVAC companies before them and none were available until a few days later or were not working during the snow storm. We were really happy to have stumbled uppon Entire Air Solutions. We are grateful for them braving the elements and keeping our family warm. They saved us from having to pack up and leave before our house got too cold.

practices that could have opened my company up to a lawsuit, and charged me $250.00 and never isolated the problem. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

In addition to providing speedy service in this Texas heat, the technician had the best customer service ever. I have used SuperiAir several times for heating and air conditioning issues and syst checkup and have been impressed by their level of professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. I will definitely be using them again and will continue to refer them to others.

We have a large adoptive family with several children that are differently abled. Our heater/air conditioner had gone out just as a cold front is moving in. Our system was at least 15 years old and there was no nursing it back to health this time. They came in today, in the pouring rain. They worked hard all day to insure we had a working heater. They were professional and kind. We highly recommend using them.
