Hey remove old location you cost tech time and gas leaving the locations in the maps

Was on hold for more than 20 minutes i finally ask to be called back we will see if i get a call or not .

No one ever wants to pick up the phone. Can’t tel my customer the verdict if no one picks up. Very frustrating.

Really surprised with the 4 star rating, anyone calling trane for parts need to dedicate at least 4 plus hours to actually get a price or and answer.
