I will have to say this is one of the better businesses I go to. They always have what I need and are very friendly on top of that. They sell to the general public and the prices always beat what you would pay if you have a service tech come out. If you are a dIY person and have the skills, they have what you need at a reasonable price to keep the family happy.

My ac condenser motor out. I went to Bakers and they had everything I needed. I believe the guys name was Cody. He has been in the hvac business since he was a kid. Great going to buy parts from someone that knows what he doing. Great experience. I

Another great experience with On Time Experts! They came out to flush our hot water heater, which I did not realize was the reason for the visit. Our membership was originally with Dring, and they’d come out twice a year to make sure our HVAC was working well for the upcoming Winter/Summer season. This was the first time we’ve had our water heater flushed, but I was made aware of the importance of having it done regularly, and glad the service is now part of our membership. Trae was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Technician George Fowlkes was a delight. He came out promptly both trips, was very personable and knowledgeable, and very efficient. Answered all questions and got us warm again in no time. Couldn't be more pleased.

Javier was just the one for On Time Experts to send! He took the time to be thorough. He took pictures along the way to assure me of what did and didn’t need to be dealt with. Keelan did a wonderful job fixing our busted pipes. He was polite, showed us where the issues were and took the time to answer our questions. It’s the 2nd time we’ve had him as our plumber on unrelated issues and he’s amazing!

OnTime experts have great staff and extremely professional service people. Today Travis came to the house and get a stupendous eval of my hvac system. The bi-annual review provided has been a true benefit. Travis is one of the best. Truly appreciate.

Call was for Daikin Error 41 — heat pump. Tech was courteous, friendly, professional. Scheduled a second visit for temperature to be higher (current 35°F, feels like 26°F) in order to get more accurate pressure/refrigerant readings. Visit was free of charge due to Membership Benefits (FRP30) [$19.95/mo]. Update 2/3/26: Same tech coming back for pressure/refrigerant readings. Same good behavior and overall experience.

We signed up last month for On Time Experts membership program where they come out twice yearly for their maintenance check. We were fortunate to have Dominick sent again. He spent hours going over both units, cleaning and cking every part, hopefully this service will get us to many more cool summers with these units. Thanks Dominick and On Time Experts!

Kevin did an excellent job of diagnosing the tankless water heater’s hot water issue. He came within an hour of request, and attended to the issue despite of bad weather. Great work Kevin. Company’s Pricing could be better, but for showing up in bad weather, we are happy to have hot water again.

Dominick was very thorough, he absolutly knew his craft. Dominick worked clean, communicated with me throughout the day. Cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend him and On Time Experts for all of your HVAC needs.

Our tech Gabe was extremely professional and gave us such a thorough cleaning of our HVAC unit. Gabe was unlike any other service tech I've ever had in my home he was so personal and patient with us. He also educated us on everything we asked and we feel like we know more about our HVAC units then we ever did! We highly recommend The On Time Experts.

Had Tech Travis out for annual maintenance and cleaning . He arrived early in the schedule window. Work was completed in a timely manner. He found three issues which he took time to explain clearly and offered solutions . No pressure sales or add ons. Will definitely use them again and request Travis.

Quick and professional. My wife and I discovered late in the evening that our master bedroom sinks weren’t draining. The next morning Trae arrived, identified the problem, and had it fixed by 11am. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The whole process was very smooth.
