Travis your tech was very professional and knowledgeable! He has a very pleasant demeanor and attitude. He has a really good head on his shoulders. Great work and quality workmanship and follow-up on HVAC and plumbing teams. We had a great deal of work done. We replaced a 3-ton HVAC system (inside & outside), added a roof solar fan, and all duct work on 3-ton and 5-ton systems throughout the house. On the plumbing side, we added a whole-house water conditioner, and an upgrade for a whole-house natural gas generator. While testing the pressure we had found four leaks under the house. This required a replacement of all the gas lines under our pier & beam historic home with the new coded flexible gas lines. We obviously averted a future disaster.

I have been working with on time for plumbing since they installed my water filter on 2020. Fantastic company, very dependable and reasonable price. Timely appointments. For this call my home was having water pressure issues. Turn one faucet on and the pressure dropped in others. Kevin came out and within a few minutes was able to diagnose the problem as a problem with the resin in the filtration system and not the pressure regulator valve for the home. Gave me a fair and competitive quote. Scheduled quick and repair done fast. Kevin is the best. Thanks again.

Amazing experience with Muhammad from On Time Experts. He arrived right on time and was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about my HVAC system and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated.

What stood out the most was the transparent pricing with no surprises, no pressure, and everything was explained clearly upfront. Muhammad truly went above and beyond, making sure the work was done right and that I was completely comfortable with the results before he left. The quality of his work was excellent, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

I got an estimate tonight for a handful of services from Codarius Isaac “Co”, and I just have to say this man deserves a raise!! Before he walked in the house he put on shoe covers which I immediately noticed and then every time he went out and back in he took them off and put them back on as to not track any outside debris into the house. Such a small detail but man does that go a long way! He was extremely knowledgeable, willing to educate me as a new home owner, clearly explained what services need to be done, and then shared his professional recommendations to proactively maintain my HVAC system.

Additionally, I originally scheduled the visit for 6:30pm but was running way behind and Co patiently waited 30+ minutes for me. He was super understanding and professional where I feel most others would be frustrated and start rushing to get the estimate done. He still took his time and conducted a thorough estimate even though that meant he would be here later than the scheduled time. His patience and professionalism speaks volumes to the service this company provides and more importantly the level of service he provides to his clients.

Codarius will be the primary reason I move forward with OnTime Experts and I’ll be specifically requesting Co as my HVAC professional!

I had my fall maintenance today. Dusten was on time and thorough. He spent time patiently answering my questions. He was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone at Temperature Pro in McKinney is great! They put in a new HVAC system for me in June, and I am very pleased with it. I highly recommend them!

Moe was the tech who came to inspect my unit, he correctly identified the issue and provided an estimate of the work required to fix it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. No complaints here and I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of A/C repair

Darius is great and Temperature is also very good. Much better than the people we used to use. They came out to fix one of our a/c units last summer twice and didn't fix it but charged us each time. Darius came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right the first time.

Eric from TemperaturePro had to go through the Sheetrock in the garage to get to the hole in the refrigerant line to repair it. (The construction workers who were changing out my old siding for hardi board hit it with a staple.). Eric was very efficient and informative as he went through each step of the repair. We were up and running again very quickly. I would definitely recommend TemperaturePro for any of your air conditioning repairs.

Two calls in a week: regular service on my air conditioner, and then the tech returned to inspect in my crawl space to locate the source of a rattling beneath the house. Both times the service was prompt (he arrived exactly when they said he would!), courteous, and diligent. The price was very fair and both calls ended with us totally satisfied.
