Darius gave us the best possible customer experience. In addition to being professional at all times, he was kind and respectful. He never made us feel rushed but took time to answer our questions and explain the system and warranty etc. We feel very good about our purchase and that our system will be serviced well in the future. I cannot imagine a better service professional than Darius!!!

I'm so grateful for Darius M. for rendering A1 service from beginning to end. He fixed a nitrogen leak issue that the initial installers of our HVAC unit missed. Darius found the issue and made sure everything was operating correctly. He's a hard worker and integral. We will stay in contact with him for times to come.

I’ve used Temperature Pro for two years now, and I tell everyone I can about them. Both Eric and John that have come to service my home during the biannual check ups and are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and SINCERE (so hard to find with HVAC companies 😭). I love that all I have to do is sign up annually for two seasonal check ups/turn ups and not have to worry about a thing. They are super great at building relationships with their customers, establishing a baseline of expectations; they can clarify nearly anything (I learn so much every time I ask) and they love to see your HVAC unit in good condition! This is the only company out of three I have tried where each time they come I don’t have to worry about hearing a sales pitch or a wondering why my unit is worse off after they’ve visited. Temperature Pro’s approach is like that of a friend’s; I just hear what I need to know. Absolutely love them and will be using them for a long time!

Darius was amazing during our recent HVAC service visit! He was on time, super knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was going to do about it. You can tell he’s been doing this for years! He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. And on top of that, he was incredibly polite and respectful of our home. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Darius for any HVAC needs!

Eric and his team were so awesome today doing the duct repairs we needed in our crawl space. We received a text when the crews were on their way with some bio info on the techs coming out. They arrived well within the arrival window, communication was on point throughout the whole job, and they cleaned up really well. I’m so thankful to Matt from Fixed By Nick for referring me to Eric.

Alex, Omar, and Mo did a spectacular job! They found a pile of lumber pieces and rubble in an air vent in our crawl space. Alec suited up and went right down to deal with it! I feel great about our vents! The dryer vent was packed and they had to attack from top and bottom! First class work by all. Very careful with house and clean up. Wait until you see their pictures.

Darius was terrific in the cleaning of my unit and the installation of the IAQ 3000. Darius answered all my questions and gave good explanations, so I knew what to do to maintain my system. I’ve already recommended him and Temperature Pro to my neighbor, and it was highly deserved.

Great service and excellent results from this company. Came to my house and quickly helped identify the problem with a duct and vent and fixed it as well as totally updated the area behind the dryer to be safer and more effective at venting. If you can believe it we had our installers for a dryer who did an incomplete job a year ago. So glad they came to fix my HVAC and specifically dryer issue.

Temperature Pro has been attending my HVAC since 2019 even with changes of ownership and technicians the customer has always been priority in their service. Our tech Moe is very accommodating with resepect of personal property and space very professional with his service and he is the BEST for us! Wouldn't have anyone else as long as I can afford them. They do their best and work with clients in every way so thanks Tiffany and Scott.

I would definitely recommend Mitchell with Burkett Bros. Very professional, knowledgeable and really cares about the customer. Mitchell listened and explained everything that needed to be done prior to beginning any work. He also took the time to make recommendations without any additional obligations. Would definitely use them again for future services.

Mitchell was terrific. Responded immediately, at 7 AM! Fix was done before 10 AM. You only need one AC repair, and he's the guy.

I was really satisfied with both technician,and job. Had a fast response,was very professional.
