Eric did a phenomenal job. He explained everything in a way I could understand it and completely the work quickly. We’ve bounced around between a couple of providers, and after this time we’re gonna stick with TemperaturePro.

Darius was wonderful. My ac stopped working and TemperaturePro were extremely quick in getting me scheduled. Darius came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Within a couple hours he had installed a new motor and got my ac working perfectly.

This team is great, always knowledgeable about the issue, able to answer questions and provide tips for best maintenance. They won’t upsell anything. Their yearly maintenance plan makes sense if someone has to come out and repair something, and signing up gives a better discount than the individual repair/service call. That said, they don’t push it on you, but they’ll let you know if it’s cheaper to go that route. I’ve had them come out for a condenser that needed replacing, then an issue with the drip line being clogged. Same day service in both instances and I’ve had different techs each time, all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Eric came earlier than scheduled, which was perfect because the A/C was out in August. Got the problem fixed, and even installed a flow gauge for future maintenance. Temperature Pro installed our A/C unit a year ago, and we’ve never had a problem. The maintenance schedule is well worth the price.

This may be my second review (if I haven't already, shame on me), but I must make two mentions here: they have saved my family tens of thousands, as groups have come out in the past and instead of properly assessing the issues resorted directly to full system replacement (5 year old system - not sure how that would have made sense). Eric came out and took the time to analyze and address the simple issues that where as simple as improper installation (this was a few months back). The second note is we have had them come for a review and tune up (we signed up for the maintenance plan), Eric came back - so relieved to have a familiar face that was familiar with our system come - he went through everything meticulously not just a 15 minute look, was able to give a full analysis with a forward looking plan to make sure the proper maintenance was done for longevity. Continue to be impressed!

TemperaturePro is absolutely amazing! When I turned on my upstairs furnace for the first time this winter, it failed to work. The burners wouldn’t turn on, error codes were flashing, and only cold air was blowing out. I initially contacted Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning, who diagnosed the issue as a faulty control board. They claimed the furnace was too old to find a replacement part and recommended replacing the entire furnace—a $6,250 project.

Darius arrived before 8 am and was very efficient. Replaced the blower motor with an exact match OEM motor. He finished in two hours including a thorough check of the system. He was courteous and took the time to answer questions. I highly recommend him.

I recently moved into a new home and had a few questions and concerns about my AC unit. I was really impressed with how Eric immediately diagnosed the issues I was dealing with, and fixed them right away. I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions and explained the issues and solutions to me when I had no idea what was going on. Eric's service went beyond my expectations and I'm thankful for the amount of care and effort he puts into his work.

I know technicians run on a tight schedule to try to get to everyone each day, but I never felt rushed at all and he even took time to listen to other concerns/questions and give thorough answers. He made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Super easy to work with, overall a great experience!
