I had a good experience with Burkett Bros (Mitchell). Called on Saturday when my AC stopped cooling. Mitchell was able to fit me in his schedule and fixed the issue. He also sent me detailed pictures of the issue and explained to me the situation given the old age of my AC. Highly recommend them.

Have Mitchell a call as our Aux heater wasn’t working, he showed up within the hour and quickly diagnosed the fault!

Honest and technically proficient. I was impressed by how responsive and friendly the technician was during an AC repair. After completing the fix, he did a quick walkthrough of the house to check the air temperature at each vent, ensuring the issue was fully resolved. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Our review: Our home was built in 2002 and the previous owners only replaced half of the HVAC system before they sold it so we have had issues with it.

We got quoted a large sum for a small part of the upstairs damper from another company but then we found Burkett Bros listed with good reviews so we called Mitch and he came out and quoted us less. He checked back and found out our entire zoning board had gone bad and a day after that the house was so hot and gross and was 75 during the night. They had a cancellation the next day and they came out and did a FULL REPLACEMENT of our entire AC system, thermostats included. They go the extra mile on everything and it’s so appreciated. My husband is a veteran and he was able to offer a discount for that as well, “we take care of veterans.” Yes they do! I work from home so I was there all day during the work and the team of guys he had were a joy to be around; respectful, funny, and loved on my dog all day whenever the ran up and down the stairs at least 100x. All around Burkett was the best choice and they are honest with you about everything and take your concerns into the equation. Thorough and patient. This is the first house I’ve ever owned and I never once felt dumb or embarrassed when asking questions or inquiring about what was going on. To top it off the crew vacuumed their entire work zone even though they used work mats to cover the floor space they were using. A small thing but it was a huge deal to me! Would definitely recommend to my parents, friends, and business owners.

Mitchell Burkett of Burkett Bros made my HVAC system repair seamless from start to finish. He not only explained but showed me what had happened and what was needed. My system was 20yrs old The circuit board had burned out. The outside system was shot and out of date whereby parts for my system. They didn’t even make them anymore. He was clear about the prices of the various things he could do and was willing to work with me.

I dont think a 5 star review is enough for this company. I believe they need a 10 star rating!! Mitchell and his team came to our rescue when our HVAC system needed repair. Not only was he thorough, but his team was courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. There were no hidden fees in their estimates of cost for equipment and labor. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs an exceptional HVAC team!

Mitchel came out when I had an emergency and gave me a free estimate ! He was the cheapest option by far! Also he let me know there were options besides buying a new unit , as in, fixing the compressor with a compressor saver kit . Which none of the other companies even mentioned. We did decide to go with replacing the unit so we didn’t have to worry about it in the future . 5/5 would recommend
