Chris at Choice Air Care was very professional and efficient! He came to service my A.C. within a couple hours of my call, and had everything on his truck to make my repair with one trip! We will definitely be using Choice Air Care again!

Excellent service from the very beginning! We needed a brand new system and Chris was responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. Choice Air Care is the very best, hands down.

Chris and Team were fantastic. Chris came out late on a Saturday afternoon when everyone else wanted big up charges, and a few locals even said the parts were more on the weekends. After a few minutes, Chris found my compressor toast and was giving me options. With in an hour he had me scheduled for a new unit at 9 am the next morning (Sunday.) Besides the outstanding Customer Service, the price for the new unit was really good. Not once was it mentioned that it was the weekend. I wish there were more people that cared about Customer Service like Chris. Usually when you here your A/C is done, panic sets in. This was actually a great experience considering. These guys are top notch. My AC went out in the early morning hours of Father’s Day and Chip from Choice air came out to look at the unit same day.... on Father’s Day! And he could not have been nicer about it.

I had a total loss and needed the entire system (18years old) replaced. His crew came out the next day and got the job done quickly. I gave them the code to the garage and they went in and got everything done while my wife and I were at work.

Chip worked with the distributors to get me a great price and arranged financing so I didn’t have to pay for all of it up front.

I highly recommend Choice Air for all you HVAC needs. They are trustworthy and fast.

I wanted to compliment what great, efficient, and friendly service I received from Choice Air. I got home after work late and realized that my AC wasn't working. I called another AC company that showed had great reviews and advertised that they were open 24 hours, but when I called I got a voicemail. This seemed to be false advertising. So I called Choice aIr based on the stars they received. Spoke to Chris and he was very helpful when I had some questions regarding what could be wrong with my AC. He gave me a window in which to expect a call from Chip the service AC person which was between 9-11pm. I thought, oh boy that's late, but I'm not going to be able to sleep and it's going to be a long night. And after I hung up with Chris, within 20 minutes, Chip called and said he was about 20 minutes away down the road. He arrived and was very friendly and so fast! He obviously knew what he was doing because he was done within 20 minutes. So from the time I called Chris and the time that Chip was done with the service call it was under 1.5 hours. What great service! I was so impressed. My AC was up and running and the house was cool. The whole process was so easy. Can't say I get such great service like that frequently. Thanks guys!

Choice Air Care are amazing. We had an urgent need to have our AC checked, as it wasn't cooling. I called several AC companies and two came out same day and couldn't find any leaks or provide clear diagnostics on what might be wrong with the unit.

I called Choice Air Care, and I was immediately schedule to the next available technician.

Ken called me about 10 minutes after the call with the office, letting me know that he was on his way.
He arrived at my residence little earlier than I and when I got home, he was ready to go.

He spend several hours going through and exploring every possibilities as to why the unit isn't cooling. He performed several leak tests and finally he found out that pipe set had a big leak within the walls.

Long story short, Ken went and extra mile to fix the leak, performing additional tests, ensuring there is no any other leaks or issues with the unit.

Ken, on behalf of my family, thank you for your exceptional customer service, your patience, your charisma and your attention to details, and your dedication to your work.

I have had several companies service our units, but never found a great company like Choice Air Care. I will certainly recommend Ken and Choice Air Care to any of my friends and family who may need their AC fixed.

Absolutely NO communication. First time I had them out it was 4 days to get the ac fixed in 106 degree weather. Had to CONSTANTLY CALL AND TEXT. Again and again. I’m still waiting to get the heat working. After nearly $2k to get the system up I’m still waiting. Been two days with excuse after excuse. If I call another company of course the warranty is void. Avoid this company! You will regret it!

Our heater has been working on & off for a couple of months now. I had done the basic checks and I couldn't get it to work properly. It finally just stopped blowing hot air and wouldn't shut off, so I called Choice Air. I was surprised to find-out that they would come out on a Sunday, and even more surprised to learn that they do not charge overtime or weekend rates to do it; and they were nearby. After speaking with them on the phone, a technician immediately texted me with a time frame to come out. Chris cam e out as promised, I described the issue, and he went right to work. In very little time Chris came down and told me he had everything working properly and described what he had done for us. He also advised me on what to do in the event of future problems. Then he told us there was no charge! What? The temperature has just hit freezing this week, and it looks like a cold winter ahead. This blessing has made me a believer. I'm thinking if I had called someone prior to this for routine cleaning and maintenance I would not have had to worry in the first place. Call these guys.

Beware! I had a problem with my AC unit before the warranty was up. Chris would not respond after multiple attempts. I spent ovev$3000 to get it repaired by another company. I texted all my bills to Chris and still got no response. I ended up suing him. He never showed up or tried to contact me. He has over $100,000 in lawsuits against him. I hired a PI to see if he had any assets that could be used to pay me back. He has nothing in his name. A wolf in sheep's clothing.

I've used Choice Air Care twice now and both times they have made a difficult situation much easier. Choice Air Care was recommended to me by our realtor and I'm grateful for the recommendation. Scheduling service over the phone was easy, even getting a tech to come out same-day. Choice's tech Chip has been out to our house both times. He did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing our problems quickly and in the most economical way possible. Chip is also great at educating us as first-time homeowners about routine care and maintenance of the HVAC system. Choice Air Care is the only HVAC firm I will call because I know they will treat my family well for a fair price.

We have used Choice Air Care a few times now and they have been great. Our Tech, Chip, was honest and straight forward about what was going on with our system. Through out the diagnosis and repair, he brought me over to the unit and showed/explained exactly what was going on. I will definitely be using them again.

My technician was Mike who arrived exactly on time, called 30 minutes beforehand to confirm and did an excellent job diagnosing, fixing and then CLEANING my AC condenser.

Mike also explained everything he was doing as it happened so I actually learned a lot about my system as well.

Choice Air Care scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning after I called on Friday night and everyone I interacted with was very helpful.

I will definitely use them again!

Chip came in and did a great job working with me on a new system. He got me everything I needed at a great price. The installation went extremely smooth. They got here 5 minutes early and only took 3 hours for an entire install. Their installation team was absolutely great! I was having fun joking with them and didn't want them to leave! Great experience with Choice air for the install.

Edit: I had given these guys 5 stars because I had excellent service with them in the past. Either they changed management or not sure what happened. Called them at 8pm to report a broken A/C. Said they couldn't send somebody that night so I would need to wait until the morning and that they would call me back. I never heard from them again, they never called back or anything, so I had to get another company to come fix my AC. Very disappointed.

These guys are amazing! They’re very quick to respond and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Mike changed a rusty pan and fixed a problem we had with drainage, which would have caused significant problems down the line. He was fast, great, and left everything in mint condition. A few years ago I had Chip come in to fix our AC that broke in the middle of a hot summer night! He quickly fixed it and he was really nice and knowledgeable too. I recommend Choice to everyone I know

I cannot express how much I recommend this company. From the get go, Toni, the dispatcher was extremely professional, courteous, and kept me in the loop at all times. Chris came to fix our AC unit and was the same way. It was obvious how knowledgeable he was about our problem, how to handle the home warranty company, and he fixed our unit much faster than we anticipated. He was also extremely courteous and professional, and he was willing to take extra time to answer any questions we had no matter that his original visit was late in the evening after a long day. This is a family business that does things the right way....not something that's easy to come by these days. If you need AC service you would definitely be better off using Choice Air Care than anyone else.

We paid $8k for Choice AC to install an indoor and outdoor units two years ago. We are thus under warranty. Since installation when we need help we have been either a) unable to reach either office (busy signal for hours and hours) b) ghosted by a tech who said they’d come then never did nor followed up or c) given a time slot of 1pm-3pm and right now it’s 8:30pm and the tech hasn’t made it yet.

I understand things happen and there is human error and I don’t want to defame a good company or an honest tech but there needs to be a semblance of accountability. So here I am piping up and sharing a sad review.

Choice Air Care did the AC unit install in 2019 and follow-up repair , the lady who answer the phone was very helpful and manage the call professionally.
Chris did a great job of fixing the issue and showed up on late hours knowing the urgency.
Truly appreciate their service, and highly recommend to call Choice Air Care for all your HVAC needs.

Great Customer Service! We contacted Choice Air Care late Saturday afternoon requesting a quote for a new unit. Chris came out the next day and answered all the questions we had. My husband and I made our decision instantaneously and scheduled a new unit installation next day. Chris personally stopped by the house to check efficacy of new unit the day of installation. This company is trustworthy and reliable. My commendations to Choice Air Care!

Choice Air Care is the best around. They have excellent customer service, competitive prices, and are very professional and responsive. Any time I’ve ever needed them, even in their busiest time of the year, they’ve always taken care of my ac problems promptly. In fact, I had to call them late last night when my ac suddenly stopped working. It was very late when I called, but I was assured they would get to me as soon as they finished their current job. Chip and his assistant got here around 12:30a.m. and it only took them about 30 minutes to correct the problem. Choice Air Care deserves your business and you won’t be disappointed!

To say Chris is a life saver is an understatement. He quickly identified the problem and showed up and fixed it in what felt like seconds. Amazing customer service, and in this heat, a true life saver. There needs to be more people who service there customers the way Chris does! Superb!
