Choice Air is amazing in my book. My AC died in the middle of the night last night. After calling a couple of different companies this morning, Chip with Choice Air was at my house in a couple of hours, on a holiday weekend Sunday when the Texas heat decided to kick in. It is currently 87 degrees in our house and I have a young child and LOTS of pets. My 14-15 year system officially died. We knew it was coming because we have already repaired a couple of things on this unit. A few hours later, they are back at my house putting in a new unit at a price well below all others. They did not charge us for anything we did not truly need replaced. I have had 3 different AC companies to my house fixing different issues the last couple of months and have received quotes from probably 5 others. Let me tell you, it's been fun and educational. I have to say Choice Air is affordable, honest, on time and they come out on a holiday weekend at no extra charge. They were at our house both times shortly before the time they said they would be here. Highly recommend Choice Air.

I had a great experience with Choice Air Care. More specifically with Chris. My A/C was not working late at night and after speaking with Chris (after 10 pm), he offered to come out immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for the next morning. He did a quick and thorough inspection and was able to remedy the issue.

I received four estimates, and Choice Air Care was by far the most competitive. Chip was very thorough, and answered all my questions regarding the other quotes. He came out after the work was complete to inspect the work. There were a couple of minor items to correct, but Chip took care of them the same day. I have already recommended them to others. Great company!

Christopher with Choice Air was referred to me by a friend and I'm so thankful for the referral! They first came out in the summer of 2020 when my A/C went out and were able to quickly fix the issue same day! I had to call again today (12.8.202) with heater issues and again they came out same day and quickly fixed the issue! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! I would highly recommend Choice Air to friends, family and neighbors!

Update: 9/5 - Chris reached out and came to see what else could be done. We appreciate the effort, but the communication is lacking and we decided to get other opinion. Wish the business success and do hope they work their issues with communicating with the customers better.

I was calling around trying to get quotes at 10pm because our ac broke down late at night. Over the phone, Tony’s warm personality won me over—compared to two other 5 star companies I had called previously who seemed annoyed I was calling so late. Choice Air Care’s quotes were also more reasonable. They don’t have emergency hour pricing, it’s the same whether it’s day or night. I was scheduled right away same day (night) and they sent Chip over. Chip is just so personable, friendly, and courteous, and he definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He pinpointed the problem, got it done, and our home was cool within an hour and a half. He even gave great advise on how to maintain our ac unit and filters. Great staff, great service, great company all around! I will definitely call them for any future a/c issues. Thank you so much! Awesome company!

Chris came out on a Sunday and helped us out was fast, courteous, and professional. Knowing the bind we were and he probably could’ve charged whatever he wanted, but what I thought he charged was fair we will be using them again for sure

Do not trust, the company is a scam. Chris, apparently the owner, initially came out and "did some work" to fix an issue with the HVAC system. He left a gas leak that caused an evacuation of my house as well as the surrounding houses. Gas company had to come out and shut off the gas which caused no hot water or heat for over a week. He refused to return any phone calls or text so we had to go with another company. When the other company came out they showed us how Chris had stolen multiple parts from the unit that needed to be replaced to get it back up and running. Because of the gas leak it cost an extra $750 to do a pressure test to have the city turn the gas back on. Another $2500 to replace the part he stole and wouldn't return. A police report has been filed and a lawsuit is coming although from my understanding won't result in any reimbursement. Just don't want anyone to get scammed by this guy

Our A/C quit working over the weekend. Called this company, they were willing to come out the same evening but I decided to have them come out the next day. Chris came out and did his diagnostics promptly. The unit outside had a leak and had lost almost half of the refringent
It was going to cost just as much to repair, as to replacing it with a brand new A/C unit. We were up an running within three hours! Great customer service!

Chris made time for us when our AC went out today on a Sunday, he was very knowledgeable and kind. We also scheduled him for an AC tune up because we liked him so much.

They responded to a weekend email at 3am.
Chris came out on a Sunday and helped us get back up and running with our A/C unit. Fair and transparent pricing. I would absolutely use their services again.

Had an appointment for a service they said between 8-10 took the morning off. 11rolls around I call they are stuck on an issue, no call to at least tell me. They then say they will be there in 45 min. I again call 2 hours later no answer. They text an hour later from that they will be there in 20 min. Another hour goes by they text they “had to make a stop”. Total waste of time. Could you imagine if this was some emergency issue and you relied on this place.

We used Community Heating and Air Conditioning for a preseason AC tune-up on multiple units at our home in Frisco. Despite it being a busy season, they were able to schedule a convenient day for us. We received a clear time window in advance, and on the morning of the appointment, they texted us when the technician was en route.

Our technician, Robert, was fantastic; thorough, professional, and courteous. He not only performed the tune-ups efficiently but also identified a faulty part and helped facilitate a work order through our home warranty company to get it replaced, all without needing a follow-up visit. He also took the time to share expert advice on HVAC systems, expected service life, and what issues to watch for. He's a true pro and a pleasure to work with.

Abel at Varsity Zone HVAC was great! He checked out our A/C the same day I called and we had an estimate provided in a timely manner! The A/C compressor/heat pump works great and he made sure to find a quality part we needed. Price was very reasonable as well!
